Pros

In my opinion, the biggest advantage of Convergence is their outstanding customer attention and responsiveness. From the initial training to ongoing support, even with a time difference, they are always available and helpful. We never feel neglected or left to figure things out on our own.

Cons

There are a couple of minor issues that could use improvement, like the system slowing down after a certain number of entries. Also, it would be helpful if the selected activity in Credit Wizard would stay put instead of needing to be searched for again. These are minor inconveniences, though, not deal-breakers.

Building a safety program

Pros

Being able to upload and customize content based on specific job requirements, along with integrating it with our HR system, is a huge plus.

Cons

My biggest regret was opting for self-paced learning to operate the system. I realize now that face-to-face training would ensure I get the most out of it.

The year after launch

Pros

I find the best part of the product to be the people behind it. The support they offer surpasses any other in the industry. I can easily access answers or set up a quick Zoom meeting for assistance. What's great is that I never feel like I am burdening them; they're always attentive and receptive. What's even better is that they listen to feedback.

Cons

What frustrates me most about the software is the multitude of options available for our company. I am eager to align everything according to our needs, but the process feels too drawn out for my liking.

The perfect fit for training

Pros

Managing classes, tracking grades, and rolling out new programs could not be easier with this system.

Cons

Reminders would be a great addition, especially since users tend to go long periods without logging in. It is easy to forget tasks without them.

Safety Courses - YES!

Pros

I really appreciated the variety of safety courses available and how easy they were to navigate and follow.

Cons

navigating the admin side feels like a chore. Despite my experience with various LMSs, this one has been challenging to figure out on my own. I reckon it is mainly the terminology that is throwing me off.

Training was helpful and the additional day was a great benefit for our staff.

Navigation is a breeze, and whenever there is an issue, everyone is helpful, and the resolution time is commendable.

Cons

A calendar function would be incredibly helpful for displaying our training schedule more efficiently.

Having been involved in implementing the training and being an administrator myself, I can attest to how easily navigable the entire system is. The response time to queries is remarkable, and the staff is both responsive and knowledgeable. Regular updates via email keep us informed about new classes.

Cons

Honestly, nothing major. More Spanish classes would be useful, but they are steadily adding them. Our Convergence contact keeps us well-informed.

The courses are applicable to our industry. The website navigation is easy.

The system's ease of navigation is crucial; if it is difficult for employees to use, they will be less inclined to take the courses.

We could benefit from more driving courses. Convergence is doing a good job adding new courses, but there's always room for more.

This system is a breath of fresh air for both administrators and end-users. Compared to clunkier systems I have used before, it eliminates many frustrations.

Additional notification/report settings and parameters would be handy, like running exception reports targeted at specific supervisors.
