“Fits the best for us”
Pros
Being able to save processes and use them again is a big plus and the overall experience for the team has been really positive.
Cons
I'd still love to see a sandbox option for every process, along with support for conditional processes.

“Quick rollout and simple setup”
Pros
It is really easy to use and rolling it out across the organization was just as simple.

It would be even better if it included some ready-made templates and stronger example content.

“clean docs and great editor”
Pros
The way everything is laid out is well thought out. Also the step by step organization makes sense and the editor is one of my favorite parts because it simply works without getting in the way. The templates are really useful and seem to keep improving over time. I also like how neatly the documentation is structured, along with the clean interface and simple navigation.
Cons
The only things I'd really like to see are more integrations and a simpler way to transfer documentation.

“smart process setup win”
Pros
Getting systems and processes set up and organized in Waybook is very easy and the structure actually makes sense. I have only recently started documenting our processes but what really stands out is how manageable it feels. Once I am fully familiar with the platform, I can see myself handing much of this off to another team member and having them continue building everything out.
Cons
Up to this point I have been happy with pretty much everything and I have liked it more the deeper I get into it. The only moment that felt a bit overwhelming was the first login, when I was met with all the preloaded templates. After spending a little time exploring, though, it became clear they were there to make things simpler and to show the different ways the platform can be used for documentation. As a small business owner, that actually helped me realize there are processes I should be creating that I hadn't even considered before.

“Packed with great features”
Pros
After comparing a number of platforms for rolling out standardized SOPs across our companies, Waybook felt like the best fit. It also offers plenty of features without looking cluttered and the platform is easy to use. Elle from the customer support team has been a huge help in getting us up and running and she even put together custom plans based on our user requirements.
Cons
There were a few features I noticed were missing but once I mentioned them, they were quickly added to the feature request list and 2 of the 3 are already scheduled for the next release.

“great SOPs and onboarding”
Pros
Documenting and sharing processes is something every business really needs for consistency across the team and Waybook handles that really well. It gives us the best foundation for creating SOPs, sharing them with the right people and tracking completion progress for onboarding and training.
Cons
At this point I honestly haven't run into any downsides for what I need. I am mostly just looking forward to seeing more from their roadmap as new features get released.

“Offer versatile content options”
Pros
I am using it personally to organize information for blogging and also keep everything in one knowledge repository. One thing that really works well is the variety of ways you can add and format content.
Cons
Everything has been positive up to this point but I still haven't been using it long enough to give a more complete opinion.

“friendly support whenever needed”
Pros
Waybook is really easy to use and the customer service has been outstanding whenever I have needed help.
Cons
One limitation is that you have to stick with its built-in formatting choices and it doesn't let you indent the first line with a tab. I'd love to see more updates around formatting, along with additional color and font options.

“documentation done right”
Pros
After trying to find a great documentation tool for quite a while, Waybook has easily been one of the best value apps I have bought in a long time. I really hope the company sticks around. We had been using Notion to document our processes but over time it started to feel messy and hard to manage. Keeping everything organized became a task on its own. This tool solves that with built-in structure and organization. I also like how minimal it is as I am not a fan of tools that feel overloaded with too many features. Overall it stays simple and focuses on doing one job really well. It also scales nicely, since adding a new team member is easy. The testing feature was actually the biggest reason I wanted to switch from Notion because I needed a more official way to track my team and make sure things were being followed. Really well done overall.
Cons
What I'd still like to see improved is the text editor. As it would be much better if it supported shortcuts for things like creating headlines and inserting images similar to a / command.

“well-designed training hub”
Pros
The simplicity and well-built process structure stood out to me. Waybook is like a very well designed platform made for organization especially for documenting business processes, training teams and managing a knowledge base efficiently. Also getting started is easy without losing structure or clarity which makes a big difference. It also is innovative because you can add game-like elements to training and include videos, forms and quizzes all in one place.
Cons
One thing that could make it even better is adding process templates directly inside the platform. At the moment, you only get a template for the structure itself. If you're building everything from the ground up, having readily available templates with actual content would be really helpful for inspiration.

“time saving onboarding”
Pros
This turned out to be exactly what I needed. Every time I brought someone on, I had to go over the same questions again and again but with this tool they just log in and find the information themselves, no matter which department they're in. It saves a huge amount of time.
Cons
The design could definitely be better but honestly I am not looking for something pretty. I care more about it being useful and helping me save time.

“love the organized layout”
Pros
It has been really useful for organizing our company processes and keeping all our knowledge documents in one place. I have had a very positive experience with it so far and it's honestly something I enjoy logging into. Also the UX is lovely, the layout is well organized, document control is excellent and the support team has been outstanding.
Cons
To be honest I don't really have any major complaints. The only thing I'd personally love to see is an iPad app since that would fit even better into my workflow.

“Proven a valuable tool”
Pros
Being able to rearrange procedures, processes and tasks freely is really valuable and the team collaboration on those processes and documents works very well.
Cons
One thing I'd still like to see is more batch functionality in the app. For example, when adding new rows to a table, it currently has to be done one at a time and it would be much better to add or delete multiple rows in a single action.

“Like that, all our docs are in one place”
Pros
Waybook software is very user friendly and it's simple enough to follow even for someone non-technical like me. Overall it's been really helpful for pulling together all the documentation and training that used to be scattered across Google Drive, OneDrive, random folders, notes in my head, papers and everywhere else.
Cons
At this point there really isn't anything I dislike. The product is very promising and the team behind it seems to have a lot of potential.

“Simple training and documentation”
Pros
It is very user friendly and easy to use. It gives us a lot of flexibility to add all kinds of content which makes building procedures really convenient. I also appreciate that you can create quizzes to confirm people actually understood the material and there's a record showing who has viewed the procedures. It's a very, very good app and I am completely happy with it.
Cons
Honestly I haven't come across anything that makes me unhappy with it so far but I would love to see a multilingual feature added in the near future. We operate in two countries and it would be fantastic to publish documents in two different languages so each user could automatically view them in their own language.

“powerful process documentation”
Pros
Waybook really helps organize business systems and processes in a much more efficient way. It makes employee onboarding and training simpler and getting started with it doesn't take much effort. One of the best parts is the excellent guidance it provides when documenting your workflows and procedures.
Cons
The starter templates won't always match your business right away, so some adjusting may be needed. It also helps to get a bit of support from their team through the 1:1 sessions they offer.

“clean structure for SOPs”
Pros
Overall it has been an excellent knowledge management tool for our team. The interface looks polished, the overall user experience is very positive and it gives us a clear structure for creating SOPs and guidelines.
Cons
One small thing I'd still like to see improved is the PDF export process especially in terms of formatting and flow. It's a minor issue though and it doesn't take away from the many strong features this tool offers.
