“An Advanced Users Experience
Pros
The package is well suited for website owners and simple web apps. With the help of customer support I was able to get accustomed to using it within a short period for the basic areas of the application. Support is almost always available though response times can be slow. However there is an FAQ section to help with queries. The available features should make onboarding and general website assistance much easier to navigate.
Cons
One drawback I have noticed is that Whatfix is not very well suited for larger web apps that offer users multiple options to complete their tasks. I have come to realize that Whatfix is primarily designed for websites and we are at a point where its becoming the ideal platform for our company. I really like Whatfixs understanding in this regard.

“Whatfix is Great!
Pros
I actually enjoy creating walkthroughs with the Whatfix software but what stands out the most is the customer support staff, who are always ready to assist with everything from initial setup to ongoing maintenance. Rep- my support specialist is always available via email or phone to address any issues. Thanks Rep!
Cons
While its a bit of a stretch to find something I dislike about Whatfix, I feel that some of the analytics features could be more developed to help me identify issues more easily. However, this is minor as Rep has been consistently supportive in ensuring I understand how Whatfix and our app are interacting.

Pros
Support from our Success Manager has been exceptional. Whatfix is a great product but if you value outstanding support from a dependable team, you have found the right place.
Cons
We have encountered a few buggy issues with Whatfix which I think are related to the complex way we segment clients. Nevertheless my success manager and the team are experts at quickly finding and resolving these issues.

“Working with the WhatFix team is like being on a team together.
Pros
Working with the Whatfix team feels like being part of a collaborative team. Even though we are in different time zones, their team is always passionate about working on integration ideas and answering questions. The customer success team sets a high standard for customer interaction.
Cons
The product is evolving and holds a lot of potential beyond its current capabilities. And I am excited to see how Whatfix will grow and where the company, product and team will be in a few years.

Pros
I Whatfix is quite simple to use and set up, offers excellent analytics and is an effective tool for new members of any SaaS product. The level of customer service is unmatched in this industry. There are so many positive things to say about the entire Whatfix organization.
Cons
Its not exactly a con, but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. Whatfix is not cheap but I would not expect a product and service of this quality to come at a low price. Its definitely worth every dollar.

“Excellent Product, Training and Onboarding
Pros
Whatfix is excellent for automating the training of web-based applications. The customer support and onboarding have been outstanding. We currently use it for onboarding and plan to extend its use to support, marketing and promotional purposes. The ability to easily export scenarios into PowerPoint and articles is very powerful.
Cons
I do not have specific feedback about the product itself but for our particular software solution, creating reusable scenarios is challenging due to the many drill-downs that rely on actual database data. This makes maintaining databases and scenarios a bit tricky. This is not a criticism of Whatfix just a consideration for those thinking about this type of solution. Maintenance of scenarios over time should be considered.
