“Whatfix Works!
Pros
Whatfix offers numerous valuable features. Among the smaller yet impactful ones are the Beacons and popups. These functions allow us to communicate changes in our processes and products almost instantly. In the past conveying sudden or rapid changes took time which leaves customers and employees waiting for accurate information or service, which eventually led to tickets and complaints. With Whatfix we can deliver information much faster as it reduces the time gap significantly! The guided walkthroughs are also fantastic. Expecting a new hire to remember everything right after training is unrealistic given the multitude of policies, processes and procedures. Whatfix lessens the pressure on employees to master everything instantly. It fosters an environment of trust, comfort and confidence by providing tools readily available. Also the DAP is exceptional and intuitive. Additionally Whatfixs service is simply the best. In both my personal and professional life, Whatfix stands out for client support and customer care. I have not come across such a high level of service anywhere else! They are friendly, efficient and dedicated to our success.
Cons
I really cannot think of any drawbacks at the moment!

“Whatfix is the solution we didn't know we needed until we found it!
Pros
Overall Whatfix is easy to use. The widgets offer a range of options to help users perform their tasks properly and with less stress. The pricing was transparent without the extra charges that competitors often impose. Most importantly the team at Whatfix is kind, supportive, diligent and innovative. They continuously upgrade and enhance the tool as they find solutions to problems that might otherwise cause us stress. We have never had such a positive vendor relationship!
Cons
While creating content is simple but making it work and appear correctly is not always as simple. Thankfully, the Whatfix support team is excellent! I just wish it were easier to handle everything on my own. Additionally as a bank with strict security protocols, we face challenges in granting system access to the Whatfix team for setting up new systems and creating content. This is not a flaw of Whatfix itself its just something we need to work around.

“Whatfix for your online community onboarding
Pros
Page tagging is useful so that as you experiment and adjust elements on the page, you do not need to reconfigure things. You can create video flows and translations without needing additional staff. Support was excellent!
Cons
Some of the pop ups were difficult to configure using their templates and occasionally, meetings would be delayed.

“A fantastic tool for onboarding
Pros
Implementing Whatfix within our platform was very simple and it offered a wide range of features with minimal setup. The available widgets allowed us to design a customized onboarding program, guiding our users through our application and capturing detailed analytics on what worked and what didn't.
Cons
At first we found the Whatfix dashboard a bit overwhelming due to the large number of features and figuring out how to apply settings to ensure widgets and flows appeared only on the desired pages.

“Whatfix Review
Pros
Whatfix allows me to create interactive step by step guides with contextual tooltips, pop ups and overlays. This functionality helps me understand and complete tasks within a software application in real-time which minimize the learning curve and boosting productivity.
Cons
Some users might find the initial setup and configuration of Whatfix to be complex or time consuming. Depending on how complex the software being documented is and the level of customization needed, it might require a lot of effort to create and maintain interactive walkthroughs or guides.

“Great Addition
Pros
First and foremost, Whatfixs Customer Support is the best. They resolve issues quickly and our account manager is always available to help. The customer support team is truly outstanding. Additionally integrating with our CRM has been essential. It provides 24/7 assistance to our users and reduces the number of support tickets. We can direct our users to Whatfix content for help and training giving them immediate support.
Cons
Well I cannot think of any cons for now. Yes there was a bit of a learning curve at the start, mainly with the tag functionality but as I became more familiar with the process creating content became quick and easy.

“In App Training made easier
Pros
Whatfix is one of the most accessible platforms. It helps us not only announce new features but also reduce support tickets for frequently asked questions.
Cons
Perhaps the ease of use could be improved. For instance retaining the last action of the user could make it easier for them to return later.

“Giving users a training fix with Whatfix
Pros
First and foremost Whatfix gives me straightforward, accessible control over the content I provide to users. Instead of dealing with a complex design and significant obstacles that take up the development teams time, I can create and adjust my content across various formats. Whether its guiding a user through a workflow or directing them to a detailed article what I like the most about Whatfix is the ability to build a training space for users and continuously adapt to their needs.
Cons
The only area I did like Whatfix to work on is the ability to export specific analytics such as self-help feedback from the site. This does not mean it wont be addressed in the future, as they continue to listen to their customers and improve their layout. But its the one thing that stands out to me.

“Digital Adoption of Digital Adoption
Pros
Whatfix customer Service is exceptional. Once I get the hang of using the tools and understanding their limits my creativity is the only constraint on what I can achieve.
Cons
With so many features and options it was a bit difficult to determine what we needed to concentrate on.

“Whatfix helps iPoint on the way to improved user assistance
Pros
By using task lists, self-help options and pop-ups, we can directly support our customers and provide them with assistance. This approach helps us cut down on support tickets and ease the burden on our support team.
Cons
The use of tags is still somewhat difficult for me and could be clearer or better organized. It would also be useful to open the CLM board in multiple browser tabs. Simplifying the process of linking content such as from an article to a walkthrough would be better.

“Telenor Norway - review
Pros
Not complex and requires minimal training.
Cons
The Flows need to work every time for users. If you do not follow the steps exactly as described in the Flow, you end up dropping out and have to start the Flow from the beginning. End-users do not have the time to restart the Flow.
