Great team and customer support

Pros

I've been using Wisetail LMS for eight years and the customer support I've received has always been exceptional. Whether I'm traveling, need a part sent overnight or on a support call at odd hours, they consistently come through. I work in a high-demand environment and they never fail to assist when I come across any issues.

Cons

I do not have any cons to mention. Wisetail is easy to use.

Wisetail LMS is a Life-Changing Amenity

Pros

The ease of use, mobile learning, tracking, reporting and the option to make changes on the fly make Wisetail LMS a great tool. I can quickly create and edit forms or courses and my team members enjoy using it. The owners see its value and regional managers find it easier to manage their areas. Integrating it into our business was pretty easy too.

Cons

Programming can be glitchy and sometimes does not save properly, so I have had to redo forms occasionally. A high-speed internet connection is necessary. It seems like certain functionalities should have been developed by now, like bulk editing fields in forms, bolding text, creating bulleted lists in forms, adding PDFs to forms and assigning groups or managing teams when creating new users.

Centralized Platfrom

Pros

You can upload all digital materials and videos available in one central place.

Cons

There are limitations on the size of videos and PowerPoint presentations for uploading. If a PowerPoint is too large, I have to break it into parts, which is not ideal when someone is downloading it for a class.

Wisetail LMS

Pros

The system allows me to download all updated knowledge base training and videos whenever I'm on Wi-Fi, so I access the offline content even when I am out of reach from Wi-Fi.

Cons

I can't use it on Android yet. Wisetail LMS is iOS-based and while they have an Android version, it still needs more testing and fixes.

Pros

The content's accessibility for end users and the ability to host various file types like PDFs, videos and e-learning modules are excellent.

Cons

A lot of differences between the backend setup of the web app versus the iPad and I find limitations with forms.

Great Tool for Training

Pros

The software is user-friendly and can be deployed on multiple platforms. I'm able to customize forms for our order fulfillment process. Additionally, we use the software to create tests that help measure knowledge and develop content for employee growth, for which it is a great help.

Cons

It is slow to be made available across different platforms, like Android versus iOS, and across different operating systems.

State of the Art Software

Pros

Easy to use, both as an administrator and a user. I can access content, including downloaded videos, even without Wi-Fi.

Cons

We need one more level of folders to help organize content in tabs. Scrolling through all the content makes it difficult to find something quickly.

Easy to navigate

Pros

Information is automatically downloaded into the database and can be accessed from any device with the same login which makes it readily available and very well organized.

Cons

The search function does not always find what I am looking for. Some keywords do not pull up the correct forms or information.

Robust LMS platform

Pros

Setting it up is pretty easy and the training is exceptional. Customer service is also great.

Cons

There are a few functions I wish Wisetail had, like the option for users to upload photos in learning modules. I also wish there was more flexibility in setting up the layout.

Wisetail LMS Review

Pros

The software is easy to navigate and very much user-friendly. I like how smoothly it works, even for users who are new to the system.

Cons

I have come across a lot of glitches with the integration between the end-user and the admin side. When I called customer service, they usually already knew about the issue but had not informed me until I discovered it myself.

Great Customer Service, Great product

Pros

The customer service is outstanding. It is always a pleasure to work with them.

Cons

There is currently no API integration between Wisetail LMS and our operations/POS system. Since I use Wisetail LMS for guest-facing forms, it would be great to have guest info go directly into our operations system.

We're so happy to have found Wisetail LMS

Pros

This platform gives my locations access to all the latest content we push out. I never have to worry about outdated materials being used in the field. I can also insert videos into documents for quick reference. With the added internet links, it serves as a one-stop shop for accessing external platforms through our app.

Cons

The app can be glitchy when I open it. I also wish the Forms could compile entries differently. It would be great to have web-based access for when locations break their tablets.

Wisetail LMS is changing the culture within our organization. The software and support is amazing

Pros

With Wisetail LMS, I have combined LMS, communication, operations manuals and important documents all on the iPad at our location. The data compression lets me upload countless videos and documents. I can create digital forms, checklists or quizzes that can be tracked and graded within the app. Paper manuals and back-office PCs are a thing of the past. Frontline employees get the information they need quickly and consistently. Watching short videos instead of reading long, boring documents is transforming how employees learn and Wisetail was a game-changer in this regard. The internal messaging feature is fantastic any tablet linked to the system can communicate. Employees can share ideas, solve problems and connect with just two clicks. Uploading content is super easy. I just drag and drop files on the admin site and the information syncs instantly to any connected tablet. I can't praise the support team enough they have been amazing throughout our Wisetail LMS rollout. They always strive to customize the app to fit our companys needs and they are quick to respond and help with any issues.

Cons

The multiple-choice buttons on forms are placed close together. Completed forms get graded, but incorrect answers are not highlighted on the completed form weblink.

Software is extremely helping when proving new training for staff

Pros

I can push updates to multiple locations at once with a single upload. Wisetail software is easy to manage and organize and all the content is accessible with just two clicks on the screen.

Cons

It is difficult to make updates to information easily using an iPhone. Since I am often in the field, being able to update from a mobile device would be incredibly helpful.

Complete and total flexibility to tailor content to your individual needs

Pros

The ability to explain videos makes training so complete. I love that users can access training videos from mobile devices and that videos can be explained to highlight specific information or emphasize key points. This makes training versatile and highly valuable.

Cons

Users need to be connected to Wi-Fi to ensure the SleepMode Sync feature works properly. It rarely happens but some users have missed important content due to connectivity issues.

Wisetail has moved the needle in a huge way for our nonprofit organization

Pros

Its excellent customer service and the ease of customizing to fit our constantly changing needs are very effective to my productivity. Wisetail has allowed me to use it as both an intranet and a tool for engaging and training volunteers, all at a fraction of the cost.

Cons

The current admin side feels a bit clunky but at the most recent Apex conference. I learned that BIG changes are coming to make the backend sleeker and more user-friendly, so I hope these changes fixed it.
