“I love Wisetail because of the LMS's engaging and social features and the company's awesome people

Pros

The system is interactive, easy to brand and customize with great social engagement features. The multi-admin layers are useful, although there is room for improvement. The rules engine is excellent too.

Cons

The backend is cumbersome and the front end requires some extra clicks. There are inconsistencies and I really wish there was @ tagging and some additional automation features.

Pros

Its mobile access to the product and the user interface for my learners are huge help. The way the content is presented is helpful for supporting multiple operations.

Cons

The setup in some modules is a bit rigid. I did like to create notifications for users when others are in observation cues. I did also like to set up recertification presets, so that once certified users are prompted to retake the course in six months.

Wisetail LMS offers fantastic features and functionalities that I can use in our restaurants to maintain consistency which makes us well-prepared to scale our business on a national level.

I believe Wisetail LMS is an awesome software but I did love to see more functionalities, especially in the forms section, so I can customize them even further.

Pros

The platform is user-friendly with endless capabilities. I also like having access on both iPads and iPhones, which adds versatility to our training needs. Since training often happens outside of a desk setting, Wisetail LMS caters perfectly to that. The product allows two-way communication with my workforce and allows management to share important information with specific segments of the business. I love being able to create and customize content, quizzes and forms, ensuring that new hires retain the necessary information before moving on. On the fly video capture and annotation are invaluable for training on our warehouse floor.

Cons

The products downside seems to be related to Wisetail LMS being a relatively new company that is still developing and refining the software to keep up with demand. Fully integrating Team Manager with the admin portal would address the "clunky" feeling of switching between those two parts of the system. A streamlined, code-free option for adding images to forms and quizzes would be a big advantage. Integration with cloud-based file management systems like Box would also simplify content sharing through URLs.

Pros

Ease of use is the main reason I rely on Wisetail LMS daily. It's easy to adjust content on the backend and just as easy for my teams in the restaurants to use the platform.

Cons

There are some missing functionalities that would make Wisetail LMS even more useful for me. For example, adding if-functions in the form section would be very helpful. Improving the connection between forms would also enhance data usability.

Wisetail LMS enables a high-impact learning environment. Videos, job aids and learning resources are available to associates whenever it fits into their busy schedules. Administering Wisetail LMS is straightforward which makes it quick and easy to push content to associates.

Cons

From my perspective as a user, it would be much easier if the form manager integrated with the Wisetail LMS side of the app. This would enable single sign-on and make the app more user-friendly.
