We were aware of this limitation when purchasing IQMS so we did not have expectations of immediate implementation.

Over the years the cost of the Annual Maintenance Contract and IQMS Support Services has increased. It would have been preferable if the Maintenance Contract percentage remained constant from the year of implementation increasing only when new modules or user licenses were purchased.
