The only potential drawback of IQMS that comes to mind is the frequency of enhancements. As the client base has expanded IQMS has done an excellent job keeping up with customer needs.

Pros

For approximately six years IQMS has been my software of choice. Its extensibility is a standout feature allowing customization to meet specific business requirements. Unlike other ERP systems IQMS excels in providing the tools necessary to tweak and extend the software. Userdefined forms reports customizable alerts and change tracking capabilities cater to our unique use cases. Furthermore their support is commendable consistently monitoring user needs and actively enhancing the software. Over the years numerous new features have been added to improve our business management. Technical support is thorough and knowledgeable ensuring prompt resolution of any issues that may arise.

Cons

Initially designed for the plastics industry Enterprise IQ has gradually incorporated additional features for nonplastics industries. However there are still instances where the initial focus on plastics interferes with our manufacturing perspective. Managing complex BOMs with multiple levels and numerous parts can be challenging at times. Fortunately the software's extensibility allows us to develop additional tools to address these gaps.
