Tech support has been challenging due to inadequate hiring and training often requiring users to educate support personnel on system functionality before addressing issues.

Upgrades can be rough at times even with prior testing. Unexpected issues during the upgrade process have become more frequent. Support has also suffered in recent years with level 1 support lacking proficiency in complex matters. Additionally about 50% of support personnel refuse to assist with nonstandard frontend interface issues leaving customers to fend for themselves.
