“Great compliance tracking”

Pros

Creating logs is easy, the entry process feels logical for end users and the setup is flexible enough to fit different logging needs. It also does a really good job of helping track compliance-related tasks, including things like environmental inspections.

Cons

One limitation is that reminders can't be sent for notifications unless employees entered them themselves. Having that option would make the logs even more useful for managing compliance tasks.

“versatile logging with excellent support”

Pros

Back in 2014, our company brought in eLogger to replace an outdated electronic log system along with paper-based logs and it has worked out really well. It's been flexible enough to handle the different logging requirements we have across multiple facilities. Our administrators had no trouble setting up the logs and users picked up creating and editing entries very quickly. Support has also been outstanding from day one. If you need an electronic log solution that's simple to manage and practical to use, eLogger has been a solid choice for us.

Cons

We've been using the product for nearly four years and while nothing is ever completely flawless, there really isn't any issue significant enough to call out. The few very minor problems that came up were resolved quickly and efficiently by the eLogger support team.
