“flexible access across sites”
Pros
Having everything in one place cuts down a lot on paper tracking and being able to access it from anywhere is a big plus. We use it across multiple sites and its flexible enough to be adjusted for each location's needs.
Cons
My only real complaint is the number of user seats available. It feels like we always need to buy more of them since every person needs to have their own unique login.
