After receiving proper training on how to access it, the software is easy to use.

Cons

Administrators should have more access to make changes to assets and scheduling without having to seek permission from someone else. It would also be helpful to have an alarm system that notifies everyone when a preventive maintenance task is about to be overdue instead of finding out it's late after the fact.

Cons

The basic plan needs an upgrade as we require more features to attract clients. Most clients want to start with the basic plan and upgrade later.

This software offers a wide range of features such as Maintenance Management, Mobile Access, Asset Tracking, Job Management, and Reporting & Statistics. It is incredibly straightforward to operate and enables me to efficiently manage my tasks.

Cons

In general, I didn't experience any problems with the software, but occasionally there are errors when migrating data.

I appreciate the simplicity of retrieving information about a specific asset. Everything can be accessed from a single location and easily browsed.

Cons

Some of the search bars can be frustrating. If you click in the wrong place, it's challenging to return to your previous location.

The convenience of contacting vendors for quotes and ordering through purchase orders saves valuable time and effort. Utilizing Fiix numbers in conjunction with manufacturer part numbers has made issuing and tracking parts usage much simpler. In our operation, technicians are required to acquire the necessary parts before work orders are issued. I have found that the Fiix numbers are easier for the technicians to use and have helped eliminate the reporting of incorrect part numbers on work cards. Additionally, the constant alerts for low stock levels make it easier to order and maintain appropriate stock levels.

Cons

Setting up Fiix took a bit longer because we had to import all the parts information, but once completed, the ease of operation and timesaving steps using Fiix made up for the setup time.

Exceptionally user-friendly. The mobile application allows anyone, regardless of their skillset, to successfully submit an order. There are only a few fields to fill in, but enough information is requested for the team handling the request to understand the requirements.

Cons

It took some time to get used to certain backend screens, particularly the inventory pages and adding assets. This could be due to user attention.

Several parameters can be edited and customized to suit specific needs. The software also offers the ability to communicate with external systems, and an extensive help library is available online.

The analytics feature becomes slow when applying filters. It's also not possible to share information between different administrators within the same company.

My favorite feature in this software is the ease with which work orders can be created, tagged, assigned, and monitored until they are closed out. Reminders or notifications are automatically dispatched to users with actions, ensuring that outstanding tasks are promptly addressed and resolved.

I can't think of any aspects of this product that I didn't like.

Fiix is an excellent tool for tracking costs related to our critical assets and managing preventive maintenance tasks. The user interface is remarkably polished and user-friendly, catering to both administrative-level users and technicians on the shop floor who carry out the work.

It would be beneficial to have a sanitation oriented interface in the software. This would greatly assist in assigning and tracking the sanitation of assets that require it after performing preventive maintenance or other work.

With Fiix, I can view all my work orders and prioritize them based on urgency. I can access Fiix anywhere in the world even without an internet connection. Once I regain internet access Fiix automatically updates my work orders.

Cons

So far, everything has been great. I haven't encountered any dislikes with Fiix. In fact, it's my favorite software when it comes to work orders.

It would be nice to have a setup with nonconcurrent users in addition to our concurrent users, but unfortunately, it's not offered.

This software is user-friendly and quick to learn. Many of my skilled tradespeople are not highly computer literate, but they found Fiix to be easily manageable with minimal training.

Cons

Fiix offers many more features than we actually use. I have no issues or concerns as we have found it to be a nearly perfect solution compared to our previous paper based system.
