Pros
I've been in machine maintenance for 35 years and have used paper work orders and early CMMS systems. Fiix is, by far, the best one I've ever used. My technicians learned it in just two days, including the training day, with minimal questions. We've been using Fiix for three months, and my team has no complaints about it being junk or lacking functionality.
Cons
We've been using Fiix for 3 months, and I'm a bit concerned about how our inventory will be managed. We'll have to wait and see. However, if it's anything like what we've experienced so far, I can't wait to start that part of it.
