Fiix is the best maintenance management software

Pros

Fiix has become an essential tool for managing maintenance in my organization. The program's interface is easy to navigate, and its design is intuitive. I value the convenience of scheduling and monitoring maintenance tasks, which ensures the reliability of our equipment and reduces downtime.

Cons

To gain deeper insights into maintenance performance, I would appreciate more advanced analytics tools and customizable reporting options.

Buyer beware, review your contract.

Pros

For the most part, it serves its purpose, and you generally get what you paid for.

Cons

Unfortunately, being tied to a yearly contract with the ability for the provider to change terms without proper communication has been challenging. It is also difficult to reach customer service. Although they claim you can adjust the number of licenses, downsizing requires waiting a year. Additionally, canceling requires a 90day notice before renewal (it used to be 60).

Cons

In a large plant where cell service is inconsistent, it would be beneficial to have a fixed network and designated locations for entering work orders.

Pros

I can access the system and easily find the plant, machine, and the required tasks, as well as check if the task has been completed.

Cons

Our progress with Fiix

Pros

The mobile application and asset tracking feature are the most valuable aspects of Fiix. They allow me to effortlessly track and label any IT assets within our company. Essentially, asset tracking becomes a breeze by simply scanning the barcode or QR code.

Cons

Asset recording can be quite challenging, especially as a free trial user. It would be great to have the option to import/export asset lists from CSV or other databased files. Additionally, there have been instances where barcodes or QR codes didn't work properly when scanned by the Fiix mobile app.

Importing our asset list from Excel was incredibly helpful once we understood the process.

Cons

It is time consuming to manually input our stores from Excel. It would be much more efficient if we could import the data instead of typing it in line by line.

If Fiix can't fix it it can't be fixed.

Pros

The work order process is extremely user-friendly and requires minimal training. The ability to utilize Fiix on my mobile phone is astonishing.

Cons

TBD: So far, I haven't come across anything I dislike about Fiix.
