“Fiix is the best maintenance management software
Pros
Fiix has become an essential tool for managing maintenance in my organization. The program's interface is easy to navigate, and its design is intuitive. I value the convenience of scheduling and monitoring maintenance tasks, which ensures the reliability of our equipment and reduces downtime.
Cons
To gain deeper insights into maintenance performance, I would appreciate more advanced analytics tools and customizable reporting options.

“Buyer beware, review your contract.
Pros
For the most part, it serves its purpose, and you generally get what you paid for.
Cons
Unfortunately, being tied to a yearly contract with the ability for the provider to change terms without proper communication has been challenging. It is also difficult to reach customer service. Although they claim you can adjust the number of licenses, downsizing requires waiting a year. Additionally, canceling requires a 90day notice before renewal (it used to be 60).

Pros
The aspect I find most appealing is its user-friendliness and comprehensive functionality. With just a few clicks, I can efficiently organize and manage all my assets and inventory.

While not a major issue, I would love to see easier integration with other tools and systems used at my company.

“This product is worth the money.
Pros
This product provides excellent value for the money spent. It is cloud-based, which is crucial for my line of work. The uptime is exceptional, and the search function for locating specific assets works seamlessly.
Cons
The only downside I've noticed is a slight redundancy in detail categories.

“fiix network
Pros
I am able to create work orders on the go and effectively track the progress.
Cons
In a large plant where cell service is inconsistent, it would be beneficial to have a fixed network and designated locations for entering work orders.

“The truth
Pros
It's user-friendly and incredibly straightforward to comprehend.
Cons
Honestly, there isn't much to dislike. One minor annoyance is when completing a work order at the bottom, it brings you back to the top.

“I am relatively new to FIIX so I am just scratching the surface of what can be done with the program
Pros
I can access the system and easily find the plant, machine, and the required tasks, as well as check if the task has been completed.
Cons
As a new user, I'm still figuring out the navigation in the system.

“Our progress with Fiix
Pros
The mobile application and asset tracking feature are the most valuable aspects of Fiix. They allow me to effortlessly track and label any IT assets within our company. Essentially, asset tracking becomes a breeze by simply scanning the barcode or QR code.
Cons
Asset recording can be quite challenging, especially as a free trial user. It would be great to have the option to import/export asset lists from CSV or other databased files. Additionally, there have been instances where barcodes or QR codes didn't work properly when scanned by the Fiix mobile app.

“Safety
Pros
The software is user-friendly, easy to learn, and easy to teach others to use. It saves us a significant amount of time, particularly when managing parts inventory.
Cons
It would be more convenient to complete the entire work order on one page instead of having to go back to the "general" page. Also, it would be helpful to see the name of the person who input each work order.

“Fiix CMMS
Pros
It offers ease of use, straightforward deployment, AI capabilities, and there are video tutorials available on YouTube for learning.
Cons
There is still room for improvement in terms of integration with Rockwell Automation, particularly for Rockwell Automation Sales activities like order booking.

“Good place to start building your company PM work order systems
Pros
It captures a vast amount of details and transforms them into easily understandable charts and graphs.
Cons
While having many options is great, it would be better if end users could select and prioritize specific features instead of being overwhelmed with all the base features.

Ease of use is a remarkable aspect. Even a functional Maintenance Engineer can easily adapt to Fiix without extensive computer knowledge.
Cons

“good cmms system works as it should
Pros
Importing our asset list from Excel was incredibly helpful once we understood the process.
Cons
It is time consuming to manually input our stores from Excel. It would be much more efficient if we could import the data instead of typing it in line by line.
