fiix function

Pros

Once you get some practice, it becomes very simple to use. After that, it's a breeze.

Cons

Occasionally, I faced difficulties logging in, but it could have been due to our internet connection.

Not much to "Fiix" here.

Pros

What I value most about the Fiix software is its stability. In the nearly six months I've been using it. I have not experienced any crashes or lost work. This is of utmost importance to me as there is nothing more frustrating than entering a significant amount of information only to have the software crash and start over.

Cons

Accessibility is the main aspect I find least satisfactory with Fiix software. The ease of access is not as smooth as I would expect. Each time I log in, I have to bypass other people's saved usernames and passwords. While this might not be a major issue if it happened once or twice, it becomes a significant inconvenience for me since I use Fiix frequently.

Good and constants improvements

Pros

It is crucial to have all bases covered during a project or service tasks and Fiix software provides that. Having a record history with backup files helps us achieve our goals.

Cons

Fiix software should include a more streamlined function for generating tasks and jobs. Currently, if I need to generate 20 tasks for different assets, I have to repeat the process 20 times instead of assigning the same group of tasks to all 20 assets at once. This inefficiency becomes even more problematic when dealing with a larger number of assets, like 1000.

Tes-Oro Mako Mining Review

Pros

I liked everything about the software and intended to use it to meet our needs on a new project we are currently completing construction on. Unfortunately no one onsite was able to champion it or encourage its use among the Expats or local Nicaraguan team.

Cons

I couldn't identify any missing features or drawbacks.

My review

Pros

The ability to view all my work orders is a standout feature. I appreciate being able to go through the quote process and easily select the products I need to add to the quotes.

Cons

Personally, I'm not a fan of the app. I prefer using the website because I find the app limited and less trustworthy. Since my pay is directly linked to how I process work orders, I can't rely on the app for such important tasks.

Pros

It establishes discipline in our CMMS system and the mobile application is useful for our industry.

Cons

Great Way to Bring Maintenance into the 21st Century

Pros

The ability to use the app and receive work order notifications on my phone is a great convenience.

Cons

Pros

Cons

Pros

I appreciate the way parts are automatically assigned to assets when ordered against a work order.

Cons

It's inconvenient that I can't create PMs in the system without assigning them to a specific individual. It would be more efficient if I could assign PMs to a group instead of burdening a single person. This way, I can avoid overloading one individual.

Needed CMMS in the field

Pros

The fact that it is cloud based enabled us to implement it for field assets, ensuring everyone could use it not just office personnel.

Cons

The process of creating a work order has improved since we initially started using the software. However, it could be further simplified to empower the staff to generate work orders proactively, rather than just addressing issues after they occur. The simpler the process, the better.

Pros

The ease of use is remarkable. I particularly like the setup and formatting of everything. It is excellent for work orders and scheduled maintenance tasks.

Cons

One area I would like to see development in is the parts and supplies section. I'm not fond of the fact that there isn't a proper way to sign out parts that do not belong to specific work orders. Additionally, it would be beneficial to have the ability to set up scheduled maintenance tasks with multiple subtasks, ensuring that a work order can only be closed or completed once all tasks have been marked as finished.
