“FIIX Implementation
Pros
The Manager dashboard is easy to interpret and navigate. The asset configuration feature provides a site overview and department breakdown of assets, which is highly valuable. Uploading files, pictures, and reports for created work orders is effortless, especially from an auditor's perspective. The product's logic and ease of use, coupled with the available training tools, make it accessible for new users. The integration process was seamless, thanks to the preparatory work and the ability to test in a sandbox environment.
Cons
The out of the box solution is not fully suitable for our intended purpose. We often find that certain features we require are either unavailable or require an upgrade to the Enterprise platform.

“J's review
Pros
Fiix saves me a significant amount of time at work. Although there's still much more to learn and many nifty features we haven't explored yet, we're genuinely happy with it.
Cons
It would be fantastic to have voice command functionality when inputting time spent on tasks. Integration wise, our experience was smooth.

“Fiix User
Pros
There are numerous features that I find incredibly helpful, but the ones that made our BRC annual Audit easier, more efficient, and less time-consuming were scheduled maintenance and the ability to follow manufacturer specifications. The email reminders, equipment list with locations, work order generation and completion, and various reports, such as closed work orders and inventory under assets, were invaluable. Additionally, the ability to access and generate work orders without requiring user logins helped us avoid additional costs for multiple users.
Cons
Honestly, I don't have any specific concerns, but I would love to know if the programmers are working on the ability to directly add pictures or scan equipment or asset work orders into the program from a mobile device. This feature may already exist in the advanced version, but I'm currently using the basic program.

“Ease of Deployment
Pros
The ease of use, range of features, detailed reports and the exceptional FIIX team make it stand out.
Cons
The phone app is good, but it can be a bit confusing for technicians initially. It would be helpful if the Appleonly version was also available on Android.

“Review from an administrator standpoint
Pros
The softwares simplicity and mobile app accessibility are definite advantages for our maintenance technicians and floor foreman. The app provides real-time updates on work order and asset statuses, allowing us to check progress without being tied to a desk. We can easily scan QC codes on the floor and access the information.
Cons
The app primarily focuses on technicians for performing and modifying work, but it lacks the ability to view and modify widgets on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.

Pros
I appreciate that Fiix attempts to streamline the knowledge we rangers have, but I feel it falls short.
Cons
The software can be overly complicated and time consuming, requiring a significant amount of time to complete work orders. I find myself spending more time on the computer than actually doing my job in the field. It becomes more of a distraction than a benefit.

“Fiixing
Pros
Tracing and logging work orders has always been a plus, and having various types of reports is a great feature.
Cons
The aspect I find most challenging about Fiix is that it doesn't automatically calculate or display the next due date on the Schedule Maintenance. As a user, I have to manually calculate the maintenance due date by adding the suggested completion date to the trigger date. It would be much more convenient if the software showed this calculation in the schedule tab. Another issue I've faced is with the time on the due dates. When I set a scheduled maintenance to trigger a work order in the afternoon based on the suggested completion date, it appears as overdue on the reports.

“Great product but still rolling out features
Pros
Overall this platform has been a significant improvement from our previous one. While there is still room for improvement it has definitely had a positive impact on our company.
Cons
The rollout of new features or customer suggestions tends to be slow.

“Fixx review
Pros
I enjoy the ability to track machine downtime, see who worked on them and view the actions taken to resolve the issues.
Cons
The login procedure can be a bit cumbersome, although I believe the issue is on our end rather than with the software.

“Fiix is Great
Pros
I chose this software for its ease of use and smooth navigation. Other systems were quite cumbersome to navigate, but this one is user-friendly.
Cons
Personally, I don't have any drawbacks about this software. You can start with the basic model and upgrade to different platforms based on your company's needs.

“OK for our needs
Pros
What I like the most about the Fiix software is how it eliminates the need for paper records of maintenance issues and repairs.
Cons
Three aspects that I find least favorable are: 1) the inability to access phone support without upgrading the service, 2) the lack of customization options for the software's cost based on specific needs (we only use the basic components, not inventory or parts ordering), and 3) the complicated setup process involving the creation of CSV files.

“FIIx User
Pros
It is easy to use, and the filters are extremely helpful. Tracking inventory is a breeze and I receive notifications when stock is running low.
Cons
Since my company didn't invest in the full options, I'm unable to utilize some of the program's offerings.
