“A Comprehensive Inventory Management Tool”
Pros
Fishbowl is an incredibly comprehensive inventory management tool with a wide range of features that make inventory tracking effortless. The intuitive user interface and top-notch customer support further enhance the experience. I wholeheartedly recommend Fishbowl as a reliable inventory management solution.
Cons
The pricing structure of Fishbowl can be somewhat confusing, making it difficult to determine the best option for your specific needs. Additionally, customer support could be improved, as there are sometimes long wait times for assistance. Nevertheless, Fishbowl remains an excellent choice for reliable inventory management.

Pros
Engaging in discussions about salaries and compensation with other users adds a personal touch that sets it apart from platforms like Glassdoor.
Cons

“Horrible-run!”
Pros
Initially, I was impressed by what the salesperson promised, but upon implementation, I realized that most of those promises were not feasible.
Cons
If you are a public warehouse with multiple customers, this software may not be suitable. It only allows one product to be associated with one customer, requiring a completely different name for multiple associations. This became a nightmare for us when we discovered it on the day of deployment after a year of upgrades.

“Fishbowl Review”
Pros
The Sales Order side of Fishbowl is incredibly user-friendly and streamlines the ordering process when correctly set up. The interface is easy to navigate, making it simple to train new employees.
Cons
The service and support provided by Fishbowl are the worst I have ever experienced. We paid a considerable amount for data implementation, but the results were severely lacking. Trying to get assistance is nearly impossible, and we have had to rectify their implementation errors ourselves every day. Their chat feature is utterly useless, with representatives handling multiple chats simultaneously, resulting in significant delays between responses. Phone support entails enduring hold times of at least an hour, and even then, they are often unable to provide assistance.

“Poor Customer Service!”
Pros
The software is quite basic and could have benefited from more thorough research before making the purchase.
Cons
I am writing this review solely based on the poor customer service we received after our initial onboarding. It is nearly impossible to reach a live person when calling the company, and voicemails and emails to our account manager go unanswered. It took contacting technical support and having them reach out to my account manager to finally receive a response. However, my issue remains unresolved.

“Don't buy Fishbowl”
Pros
Initially, customer support was excellent, with prompt and hands-on assistance. However, it seems those days are over.
Cons
Fishbowl's support is getting bad, bad, too bad day by day. The phone menu for support lacks an option to address workflow problems or explain unexpected errors. The promised call-back feature can take hours, if they even follow through. They make promises to investigate issues but fail to do so.
