The reporting feature requires improvement. It does not calculate total sales figures on gross sales by salesperson, necessitating the use of a calculator. Statements, orders, and backorders should be organized by salesperson. There is no option to generate a 30/60/90 day accounting report.

There are two significant flaws with Fishbowl. Firstly, their support is extremely slow to respond. Despite their website claiming live chat support, it has been months since that feature was functional. Instead, you're left chatting with an unhelpful bot that offers no real assistance. Even email support requests take hours to receive a response. Calling them is a futile endeavor. Secondly, Fishbowl Inventory totals often become imbalanced with QuickBooks due to rounding issues. Considering it's called Fishbowl Inventory for QB, one would expect a built-in mechanism to keep the two in balance.

Cons
The placement of buttons under the customer tab is problematic. The SAVE and DELETE buttons are positioned next to each other, leading to potential errors. Additionally, the check balance button is located next to the history button, which is frequently used. Accidentally pressing check balance causes delays in Fishbowl's operation. It would be helpful to have the option of disabling that button.
