“Fishbowl review”
Pros
Fishbowl has proven to be relatively user-friendly, and training other members of our group was a smooth process. We have successfully resolved any issues and seamlessly process both web and trade orders. Our integration with Big Commerce, Ship Station, and QuickBooks has been seamless.
Cons
The major issues we are facing is Managing inventories and processing orders across two locations could benefit from additional functions specifically designed for this purpose. Currently, separate domains are being used.

“Fishbowl is Worth it!!”
Pros
The manufacturing module that has been added to Fishbowl has brought tremendous value to the software, and we thoroughly enjoy utilizing it.
Cons
Fishbowl lacks system upgrades and customization options. Custom reports, tailored to each company's needs, can be costly. Users should have the ability to create and save their own reports.
