This tool is incredibly powerful for communication with customers, vendors and internally. Our customers are thrilled with the convenience of submitting quotes easily and selecting order size and delivery time.
Cons
I honestly have no major complaints about it. This software continues to improve every day, and whenever we discover an issue, the Paperless Parts team quickly releases an update with the necessary change. It's fantastic to provide feedback to a software company and witness the implementation of changes within just a few weeks.

I'm impressed by the platform's smartness in analyzing CAD models and its seamless integration with our ERP system, allowing for a smooth conversion of bids into shop routers.
Cons
The functionality of building, editing and linking assemblies together seems somewhat limited. However, they have introduced some features and will likely improve the mentioned feature in the near future.

One of the most impactful aspects of this software is its ability to involve individuals with limited knowledge in the estimating process. The integration into our existing business was seamless, and the software is remarkably user-friendly. It's also convenient to access the 3D model and related documentation within a single software instead of using multiple tools.
Cons
At this point, there aren't many things that I dislike. We have discussed the idea of being able to assign users tasks based on the work completed during the quote process, which would be a nice addition.

Pros
I was able to quickly set up and start capturing bids, even on the first one sent. Training our office staff was not at all problematic, and their first quote only took ten minutes. The software is intuitive and simple, yet it offers great functions with the P3L language. It's simply mind-blowing.
Cons
The software is exceptionally well-rounded, and I don't have many complaints. In the rare event that I do, I can easily reach out via email or phone, and their responsiveness is remarkable. Most of the time, I receive answers within the same hour.

Pros
Paperless has successfully replicated our complex Excel spreadsheet quoting process. It has allowed us to accept more quotes and significantly accelerate the process. We are considering bringing in a Junior estimator or even having our Engineers participate in the quoting process.
Cons
The inability to revise quotes multiple times can be inconvenient when customers request updated quotes. The current process involves duplicating the quote, but unfortunately, it also changes the quote number.

Pros
Paperless serves as our in-house process and management software. It operates smoothly and is very user-friendly once you configure your custom parameters. Paperless has completely organized our job management process and provides valuable analytics to keep us on track and well-informed.
Cons
We encountered a couple of usability issues, but the Paperless team swiftly resolved them, making it hardly worth mentioning.

Pros
The fact that our customers can facilitate their own orders, from RFQ requests to placing orders, adds significant value and saves time. We can turn quotes around quickly, and Paperless Parts listens to its customers and implements changes on the fly. They are open to accommodating our needs, and the software remains very user-friendly.
Cons
The only downside is that it doesn't currently integrate with our manufacturing system. However, this is not their fault, as the other software manufacturer is currently unwilling to integrate.

This dynamic platform can grow alongside our organization. It offers high configurability through simplified coding language and a user-friendly interface. The customer support, led by professionals is outstanding. The platform is easily accessible from any device with internet access. The developers continuously expand the platform's features and provide new tools based on customer feedback. The quoting cycle-time is quick, and the platform offers valuable DFM feedback. The user interface and customer quote presentation are excellent. The platform provides internal and external communication tools which allows for annotations of models and PDF drawings. The quoting process can be as automated or manual as desired.
Cons
My only small complaint is that the white-label services could be improved for external branding. The customer quote branding is excellent, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of white-labeling. It would be preferable to have larger customer logos displayed in the user interface and external communication tools. Additionally, while the web application functions well, it would be great to have a mobile-optimized app for a mobile workforce. Overall, the platform provides users with a competitive advantage; it's almost like a well-kept secret.

Right from the start, I found the software incredibly easy to learn and use. Managing hundreds of quotes quickly and professionally requires minimal effort. This allows us to focus more on the production side of our business instead of allocating resources solely for customer quotes. The exceptional part is the customer service we receive. It's rare to find a company that is so willing to pick up the phone and have a conversation about our experience. Their team has not only listened to our suggestions but also implemented those improvements within a few days.
Cons
While the software lacks some functionality compared to others on the market, they are continuously adding new features, analytics and integrations.

Cons
The setup process takes time, but they guide you through it. You will need to spend time fine-tuning the results to align with your business model. However, once it's done, it functions seamlessly.

I can honestly say that no issues come to mind. While I could always request additional features to better suit our process needs, I understand that it wasn't designed to be an MRP/ERP system. It effectively automates the quoting process as intended.

The Paperless Parts quoting platform comes with a dedicated operation team, and they are always available through the web chat for post-implementation questions. Their support has been exceptional. Additionally, their platform is ITAR registered and NIST compliant. We were seeking a platform with the same cybersecurity posture as Tronix3D, and it allows us to meet or exceed the military's cybersecurity requirements for our business.
Cons
The maximum file upload size is around 50MB. We've encountered a few STL files that couldn't be uploaded due to exceeding the size limit.

Using the software is not difficult at all and has significantly reduced our "time to quote." This tool allows us to get quotes in front of customers faster, improving our chances of winning the business. The expediting feature is also a major advantage as it enables us to easily communicate expedited options to customers and capitalize on our ability to deliver parts quickly.
Cons
Currently, we don't have this software integrated with our ERP system, resulting in some redundant data entries. I believe there are ERP systems that offer integration, but unfortunately, ours isn't one of them.
