The implementation of many features seems inconsistent. There is a lack of standardization in the reports.

I find it convenient that all the modules have a consistent setup. With 8 modules in place, the familiarity makes it easier to navigate.

Reporting could be made easier. They are transitioning to Crystal Reports and the ability to export from each module, but they haven't reached that point yet. Dealing with attaching tables is a cumbersome process.

The possibilities with this software are endless, and there are ample educational resources available.

Making certain adjustments on our own is difficult. It often requires expensive assistance from a reseller.

I believe Sage is a software that you learn by using it; its not inherently intuitive for new users. It's rewarding to discover its deeper features as you go along and start making connections.

The first thing that comes to mind is how easy it is to use. The Crystal report writer is also a fantastic tool!

Sometimes during cash receipt deposits, the software freezes and locks up. To resolve this, I have to run a program that requires everyone to exit MAS, ensuring the AR deposits are correct.

We rely on Sage100 for various functions such as AR, AP, invoicing, inventory, and month end reporting. The software is user-friendly and can be customized to suit our business needs. Training someone to use SAGE 100 is a breeze. I also appreciate the ability to export reports to Excel. The support from the SAGE staff has been of high quality. Overall it's a great software with excellent support.

The only downside to this software is that it can be slow at times.

This program offers robust features with integrated billing. The flexibility of selecting batch or live processing is advantageous for each department. The ability to customize areas of the software to align with our specific needs is a significant advantage. Sage excels in report generation and data extraction to Excel. The seamless integration through GL makes it user-friendly for the entire organization.

I wish the fields were larger to capture important information. Additionally, having additional user-defined fields that can be integrated with report design would be a valuable addition. Being able to modify the default reports and create custom reports would be incredibly helpful.

Coming from another company that used Visual Mfg, I was initially nervous about learning a new program. However the similarities between the two made it easy for me to pick up quickly.

The software has glitches and we often encounter issues. It can take hours to reach Sage support which is a serious inconvenience. Our implementation partners lacked proper training and were not knowledgeable.

Before upgrading to a newer version, I enjoyed the way my reports printed. Some reports were in landscape orientation while others were in portrait. Due to this, some of my reports now span across more pages.

Our program is highly customized to meet our specific requirements. We have different price levels based on customer and species pricing (for lumber types). It's incredibly easy to train new employees on the proper procedures using this software.

For some reason, the program shuts down on its own. I've been told it's because the user clicks too frequently, confusing the software and leading to a shutdown.
