When it comes to financial reporting, I must say the reporting options are excellent. I can effortlessly create reports for all my accounting needs in a quick and efficient manner.

It is a minor drawback but the overall appearance of the application could be enhanced.

The main concern is the cost and to some extent, the limited cloud options.

It's incredibly convenient to review my purchase orders and see when and what I purchased.

Occasionally it unexpectedly logs me out and the only solution is to restart my computer.

Unfortunately they have monetized everything now, so there is nothing I can mention positively.

I would not recommend purchasing unless you plan to monetize every aspect. We bought the program years ago, and then we were updated without consent to a subscription model. Since then every little thing comes with a cost.

Ensuring that employees create accurate invoices is crucial for maintaining accountability.

Previously, we used Mas 90 and didn't have to wait an extra 5 seconds for the functions.

Sage makes our accounting seamless, especially with the ability to export data from ServiceTitan to Sage for invoice processing. It greatly simplifies our job.

It can feel quite "archaic" at times, but if it's not broken why fix it?

As a Sage user I find the system very straightforward. Wage slips, P60s, and other important information are just one or two clicks away.

So far, I haven't come across any features in Sage that have left me dissatisfied, and I hope it continues that way.

Sage 100 tools are highly effective in tracking project expenses and producing clean and accurate financial data reports. The software also simplifies project financial management, and its billing and invoicing capabilities are excellent.

Having used Sage 100 for over 10 years across two different businesses, I can confidently say it is the best accounting software I have ever used. It offers extensive customization options and includes all the features necessary to successfully manage every aspect of our company.

The best addition that could be made to Sage 100 is CRM integration. Having a single point of access instead of using different software would be beneficial.

Sage 100 provides both manual and automatic bank reconciliation, billing capacity, management of outstanding payments and reminders and functions for analyzing production costs and expenses.

A/P invoicing could be improved. We had to resort to using an external Sage affiliated system to accomplish what we needed.

I particularly appreciate how Sage 100 allows us to manage the bill of materials when developing and maintaining products in our manufacturing facility.

There are times when it slows down significantly when transitioning between different modules.

We use Sage 100 for accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger and these modules work exceptionally well for our business. The interface is very easy to use and customizable, allowing us to focus on the fields that matter most to us. We have also created several import jobs to streamline data import from our other systems.

Cons

My only complaint about Sage 100 is that implementing and upgrading practically requires a third-partys assistance. I wish the upgrade process was more intuitive and better documented, eliminating the need for a third-party.

The ability to save favorites in one place is a great feature. It allows easy access to frequently used reports and functions. The programs straightforward nature makes it relatively easy to train new users.

Cons

I've had numerous issues where if someone else is using the same area/module, it doesn't give a warning. It simply attempts to perform the task and then force closes yours, notifying you afterward. It's frustrating because you lose track of where you were in the process. So be cautious of that. Additionally, connecting printers to this software has been a major hassle on several occasions.

Pros

We have been using Sage for a long time because it is the accounting software our accountant is most familiar with and it consistently delivers excellent results for standard accounting processes. It integrates seamlessly with other products and becomes easy to use once you are trained.

Cons

The interface and some features leave much to be desired. The product has specific quirks that are unique to Sage.
