Cons

Unfortunately they have monetized everything now, so there is nothing I can mention positively.
Cons
I would not recommend purchasing unless you plan to monetize every aspect. We bought the program years ago, and then we were updated without consent to a subscription model. Since then every little thing comes with a cost.

As a Sage user I find the system very straightforward. Wage slips, P60s, and other important information are just one or two clicks away.
Cons

Having used Sage 100 for over 10 years across two different businesses, I can confidently say it is the best accounting software I have ever used. It offers extensive customization options and includes all the features necessary to successfully manage every aspect of our company.
Cons
The best addition that could be made to Sage 100 is CRM integration. Having a single point of access instead of using different software would be beneficial.

We use Sage 100 for accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger and these modules work exceptionally well for our business. The interface is very easy to use and customizable, allowing us to focus on the fields that matter most to us. We have also created several import jobs to streamline data import from our other systems.
Cons
My only complaint about Sage 100 is that implementing and upgrading practically requires a third-partys assistance. I wish the upgrade process was more intuitive and better documented, eliminating the need for a third-party.

Pros
The ability to save favorites in one place is a great feature. It allows easy access to frequently used reports and functions. The programs straightforward nature makes it relatively easy to train new users.
Cons
I've had numerous issues where if someone else is using the same area/module, it doesn't give a warning. It simply attempts to perform the task and then force closes yours, notifying you afterward. It's frustrating because you lose track of where you were in the process. So be cautious of that. Additionally, connecting printers to this software has been a major hassle on several occasions.
