“Fast native salesforce messaging
Pros
Running 360 SMS has been simple and quick and the fact that it works natively inside Salesforce makes a big difference. Features like iText for chatbot functionality and Drip Campaigns are also really valuable.
Cons
sometimes we run into Carrier Violation errors but that doesn't seem to come from the 360 SMS app itself. It appears to be more of an issue on the network provider side.

Getting started has been outstanding. The setup process and support have both been exceptional, deployment went very well and it's been simple to get quick access to our assigned support contact whenever needed.

“reliable app with stellar support
Pros
Almost no bugs with this app.. it consistently works really well every time I use it. On top of that, the customer support team is fantastic and always incredibly helpful. Gourav Hotwani especially goes above and beyond whenever I run into any issue and makes sure everything gets taken care of.

“powerful salesforce texting app
Pros
After looking into several Salesforce texting tools, I ultimately settled on 360 SMS. It offers pretty much every feature I could think of for smooth business texting and that's exactly why I'd confidently recommend 360 SMS to others.
Cons
The only downside I've noticed is that the app does not support video calling.

“all-in-one salesforce messaging win
Pros
Having 11 communication channels built into a single Salesforce app is a huge plus. There's no need to set up separate integrations for each channel which saves a lot of time and hassle. SMS drip campaigns and surveys can be configured without any technical knowledge and that alone makes the app worth the money. On top of that, the support team is excellent and genuinely a pleasure to work with.
Cons
At times call conversations can sound a little unclear. It seems to be a temporary issue though and nothing too serious.
