“Simple and helpful
Pros
This CRM is simple, direct and does exactly what it promises. It works really well for our needs.
Cons
I really wish the search functionality could be better. It's a bit tricky sometimes.

“Essential product I can't live without
Pros
I love how every text comes from my phone so I can keep a record of everything. Plus there's no cost to send messages. The ability to track who's opened the link and how many times they have viewed it is fantastic. Since I handle a lot of auctions, staying in touch with contacts and keeping them updated is key. ActivePipe is my go-to for this. Every agent should use it!
Cons
Honestly there is not much I don't like. I love this product! The features are easy to use and they do exactly what I need them to.

“Simple and effective for real estate email marketing
Pros
It's super easy to learn and use, especially for managing our weekly marketing campaigns.
Cons
Some functions aren't as simple to add to the emails or aren't as clear as I'd like them to be.

“Excellent product in principle, but poor support when issues arise
Pros
The ease of use and automation were huge selling points for us and it's lived up to expectations.
Cons
It's so frustrating. I haven't been able to make many changes and when the integration dropped off, it halted all our automations. Dealing with support was a nightmare. They were unbelievably slow to respond and I didn't hear anything from my account manager. We have been almost a week without being able to market as promised.

“Helped us a lot
Pros
My favorite feature is the ability to create specific email campaigns for each project, with full branding and flexibility. It gives me exactly what I need for each project.
Cons
The software has a solid system for designing and implementing email campaigns but it does require some training to really get it working well. I was lucky to have amazing training that helped me stay on track and get comfortable with all the systems.

“Using ActivePipe was really good
Pros
The platform is user friendly and self sufficient. You get out what you put in, and it's great for nurturing our database.
Cons
Nothing to mention...It has great one to one email capabilities, but what really stands out is their responsive customer success and development team. They are fantastic to work with when creating new things and it's always a great experience.

“Easy tool to use
Pros
It's really easy to navigate, both for our agents and for our customers.
Cons
I really appreciate the ability to customize surveys and send them to the full database, rather than just agent-specific contacts.

“Not recommended!!
Pros
It's affordable but you definitely get what you pay for.
Cons
This has been a highly frustrating experience. The customer service is terrible!! there's no phone number or live chat, just emails that get a delayed response. Sometimes it takes days to resolve issues, if at all. To make things worse, they can block your database and refuse to unblock it. You can't even remove contacts from a send list before sending, and they don't let you upload links yourself. Everything is delayed and it's very unsatisfactory.

“Simple drag-and-drop templates
Pros
This is by far the best email marketing system I have used for real estate. The drag-and-drop functionality makes building templates so easy. The built-in property feed and market insights are a big hit with our agents, helping them promote listings quickly and easily.
Cons
We use a CRM called Close and when we first started using ActivePipe, we had syncing issues between the two platforms. We've also had trouble with unsubscribed users receiving emails from the company but not the agent. It's frustrating, and those who unsubscribed get annoyed when they still receive emails.
