Pros
The data that AdRoll captures is well organized which makes it easy for us to find new ways to engage people interested in our ads across different channels. Also I really like how it simplifies digital marketing. Its retargeting options are based on smart segmentation making sure that potential customers are reached based on their preferences. The reporting tools are great too as they let us customize the data and display it in a clear and proper way.
Cons
Honestly there is nothing I dislike about it. The options it provides really help us market and attract more customers.

Pros
It is really easy to create and manage retargeting campaigns and I also like the reporting features as they are pretty good too.
Cons
For smaller businesses it might be a bit too expensive and I have also noticed there is a learning curve involved for the beginners.

They did a solid job with their SEO. That's pretty much all I can say.
Cons
They canceled my account and when I asked why the reason they gave was just weird, even after I had collected a lot of data from my website.

“Works the best for us for our ad strategy
Pros
AdRoll helped us create campaigns and ads in no time. They assigned a success manager to give us unique recommendations and clear, accurate info. We have been able to retarget customers through AdRoll's tools tying them to specific points on our Lead and website. Also they offer a bulk loading option that optimizes ads and boosts our ROI. It is perfect for companies with high online traffic. We have been able to set up dynamic ads and get faster results than with Facebook and Google. The multi-tasking feature is amazing too as it does not slow down any ongoing social campaigns, no matter how many are active. Overall it is great for retargeting customers with specific products.
Cons
At times the data takes a bit longer to update, so I have to keep an eye on things. Also it stores a lot of cookies which has made it hard to use it on new windows or with specific users. We often have to clear the cache. It'd be nice if AdRoll included time frames in the display windows for clients.

Pros
Well I really like how simple it makes retargeting and creating lookalike audiences. And to avoid blowing up your ROI by targeting clients unlikely to convert, you can set up a cost per-acquisition rate.
Cons
When it comes to ad layouts and placements, I feel like running social media ads through AdRoll has some big disadvantages compared to running them directly like through Facebook, for example.

Pros
I find the campaign management tools easy to understand and use. Setting up and running multiple retargeting campaigns with AdRoll was pretty simple too.
Cons
The pre made ads were not effective for us. To make it work you really have to dive into the product and create better ad units to show to your audience. Also the default ROI and ROAS settings favor AdRoll. It is important to check the true ROAS instead of relying on AdRoll's default to see if the product is actually working for you.

Pros
It is easy to set up and the support team is really helpful as they are always available for us when we need assistance. Overall it is a great retargeting solution with a broad reach.
Cons
Setting up campaigns can be a little tricky especially when you are trying to apply creatives to campaigns or target lists. So I think it would be great if there were a guide to make it easier.

The interface is up to date and really easy to use. Also it is simple to set up campaigns with different media types and sizes and it is easy to for us to find and select a variety of audiences to advertise to.
Cons
It is tough to measure effectiveness when visitors only convert after multiple visits. Also it is even harder to track if you are also running Google Ads as it might claim credit for conversions that aren't really theirs. And the reporting confuses me a bit too.

This was a new tool for ABM marketing that my team had not explored yet and for the initial cost, it is really useful for increasing lead generation.
Cons
We had a hard time integrating this tool because we could not trust some of the data coming in. We had to go back and forth a lot to make sure the data integrity was solid.

Setting it up was not a problem and there are plenty of new features available for us for both marketing and reporting.
Cons
The cost of all the automation allows us to be really specific with targeting which I did not like. And it would be great if it gave us more control over the results in general.
