Pros
Audience is a game-changer. It is the only platform I have found that offers everything you need. From analytics to sentiment analysis, it gives you insights into your social media presence that you have never had before. So I highly recommend it!

“excellent social media monitoring
Pros
I love how this tool helps with social media monitoring and analytics and it is perfect for tracking my influencer marketing campaigns and spotting new growth opportunities. The platform is very user-friendly and provides valuable insights into the social media landscape as well as my audience's demographics and interests which helps me create more targeted content.
Cons
The only downside for me is the cost. As I feel like the $79/month is too high for small businesses. Otherwise the features are excellent for growing marketing efforts.

Pros
The user experience with Audiense is excellent and the software is easy to navigate with clear use cases. I mostly use it to better understand our audience, define personas and create relevant segmentation.
Cons
I would love to see the same quality of data across all social networks though I understand not all platforms have the same policies as Twitter.

It provides a comprehensive dashboard for Twitter analytics and audience tracking with the added bonus of being able to follow or unfollow our audience directly.
Cons
The platform has many features but it's not very simple. Also I noticed that the navigating the dashboard can be a bit challenging when moving from the home screen to finding the different metrics and options.

Audiense is incredibly useful for determining the best times to tweet, monitoring users in real-time and gaining insights into their characteristics to boost engagement.
Cons
I feel like the segmentation of reports could use some improvement and it would be helpful to include more KPIs especially those related to themes, rather than just focusing on likes or comments.

“powerful insights but entry-level version lacks key tools
Pros
The social listening features are excellent for gaining insights into what our audience is doing on Twitter. The advanced reporting, available at an additional cost per pack of mentions or tweets is incredibly useful for creating detailed event, hashtag or industry reports. You can also monitor specific lists including Twitter users and email lists that are successfully matched to Twitter accounts, and even create targeted advertising lists from these internal lists.
Cons
Well the entry-level pricing is reasonable but the features are somewhat limited and appear to have become even more restricted over time. Key listening features such as tracking keywords within Tweets, are only available in the premium package. And I have reached out multiple times to inquire about the cost but have not received a response. While it's a good tool to explore, the cheaper version lacks important features and adds another tool to my marketing stack, offering a fairly limited range of capabilities.

“Great for understanding audiences!
Pros
This tool is perfect for understanding your audience. Plus being able to customize our approach to them is key as it helps us to be more targeted and effective in our strategy.
Cons
It seems the price increased after the acquisition by Audiense. For me cost is a crucial factor as the returns don't always seem to justify the expense.
