Pros

I love the all in one package that includes data, skip tracing, CRM and marketing options, it has got all under one platform.

Cons

Signing up was a bit clunky. I could not access the account immediately and despite signing up for the free 7 day trial, I did not receive it.

Pros

Loved the list-pulling accuracy. I especially like using DNC scrubbing feature, which allows me to scrub my old lists, not just pull new ones.

Records available are always fewer compared to other platforms I use.

The customer support, tutorials and user interface of the dashboard are great.

Just that my answer rate and response rate are lower compared to the other sources my team uses.

I love being able to zoom in on a neighborhood and gather contact information for homeowners in that area.

I would like it to show areas where I have already pulled data. Maybe an optional overlay to indicate where I have already downloaded information would be helpful.

BatchLeads is an amazing tool for real estate agents to find more leads and close more deals. It's especially useful for off-market deals.

I don't like that there are no probate leads, code violation leads, or active buyers that can be easily marketed through the site.

This is a total game changer for real estate investors! It combines everything I need into one platform, making the whole process incredibly efficient. The skip tracing feature is fast and accurate, which helps me quickly connect with motivated sellers. I also love the Driving for Dollars feature, which helps me find and track potential deals while out in the field.

Cons

The UI could definitely use an update, it feels outdated and could be more intuitive. Also pictures sometimes load slowly, which is kinda frustrating when I'm analyzing properties.

It's tough to pinpoint what I dislike about BatchLeads since I have mainly used it to gather information for homeowners in pre-foreclosure.
