Good tool!

Pros

I love that It lets me edit our product reviews with other retailers. It's very convenient and helps get our products out there.

Cons

I don't really have many other vendors to syndicate my product reviews with.

Limited options for customization

Pros

The software is really easy to implement and use. No complicated setup, which is a huge plus for us.

Cons

There's not much control over who can write reviews and there aren't many chances to improve the customer experience or win them back.

Smoothly integrates with product vendors

Pros

Embedding and syndicating reviews has been a game-changer for me. It's so powerful and really saves a ton of time!

Cons

The backend setup and maintenance are clunky and the support team's not much help either.

Must have for your PDP

Pros

Ratings and reviews have become so important on the product pages and shoppers trust them. The ROI from seeding products is nearly 100%, so I know the community is reliable.

Cons

The dashboards and insights could use some work. It's not plug-and-play and managing everything requires a lot of manual effort. Plus, having to talk to a different team for each product means I'm repeating myself all the time. It would be nice if I could explain everything once and get started faster.

Works well but could be improved

Pros

It is mostly responsive though the reports can take a bit longer than I'd like. Still we really like the Sample campaign system.

Cons

Sometimes support tickets are closed without actually solving the problem which isn't great. Also their Perrigo VOC Enhancements are never implemented.

Analytics need tweaking

Pros

The review pooling, syndication and Influenster review generation are really great. The account management is excellent and the support is amazing too.

Cons

The Insights suite is hard to use and the reports are super glitchy. I've had to open a ton of support cases just to get the filters to work. Plus, BV Support takes a while to resolve issues. When it comes to the Reporting section, I was disappointed that I couldn't add a Brand/Category field to my reports. They said they'd share my suggestion but they wouldn't make the update unless other clients asked for it too. I was let down by BV's customer service on that one.

User friendly tool!

Pros

It's very easy to use and I can easily check out our brands in separate tabs which makes things much simpler.

Cons

Honestly, nothing comes to mind. I haven't had any issues.

Excellent customer support

Pros

Needs some improvement

Pros

It's great that I can analyze reviews year after year. It helps me see the trends and feedback from our customers.

Cons

Absolutely love it!

Pros

I appreciate that everything is on one platform. It handles all the reviews I get and I can easily send them out to most of the retailers where my products are available.

Cons

There are a lot of retailers but still not all the ones I work with are included.

Not really impressed

Pros

Honestly, I haven't found anything good yet. The team has been unhelpful, hard to reach and seems untrained.

Cons

It's been month and support is inconsistent, project leads aren't very knowledgeable and the tech experts seem non-existent. We still don't have the functionality working right even after being forced to leave Yotpo. It's been worse than we expected. We rarely get correct answers during calls.

Managing product reviews with Bazaarvoice

Pros

The dashboard is really helpful and the recommendations for getting more reviews on products are spot-on.

Overpriced with dated interface

Pros

I like how easy it is to use. No unnecessary fluff and it gets straight to the core of what I need.

Cons

The UI is still under development and honestly looks like it's from the 90s, total flashback to Windows 95.

Best tool for UGC

Pros

I find the rating and review features along with the Questions and Answers section, really helpful for engaging with customers.

Cons

Simple to use for managing reviews

Pros

Depending on whether I own the website or if my product is sold by a big retailer, Bazaarvoice's capabilities can change. But it's definitely awesome for managing the community and getting customer feedback.

Cons

I don't like how data is pulled. it doesn't seem efficient at all.

Major fail & terrible support, avoid this one

Pros

Honestly I can't say anything good about it. Our experience was so negative that I can't find a single positive thing to mention. And trust me, I'm usually the most optimistic person!

Cons

The service is just awful probably the worst I've ever experienced. You're honestly better off burning your money, at least it'll warm you up for a bit!
