Pros
Ratings and reviews have become so important on the product pages and shoppers trust them. The ROI from seeding products is nearly 100%, so I know the community is reliable.
Cons
The dashboards and insights could use some work. It's not plug-and-play and managing everything requires a lot of manual effort. Plus, having to talk to a different team for each product means I'm repeating myself all the time. It would be nice if I could explain everything once and get started faster.

Pros
It is mostly responsive though the reports can take a bit longer than I'd like. Still we really like the Sample campaign system.
Cons
Sometimes support tickets are closed without actually solving the problem which isn't great. Also their Perrigo VOC Enhancements are never implemented.

“Analytics need tweaking
Pros
The review pooling, syndication and Influenster review generation are really great. The account management is excellent and the support is amazing too.
Cons
The Insights suite is hard to use and the reports are super glitchy. I've had to open a ton of support cases just to get the filters to work. Plus, BV Support takes a while to resolve issues. When it comes to the Reporting section, I was disappointed that I couldn't add a Brand/Category field to my reports. They said they'd share my suggestion but they wouldn't make the update unless other clients asked for it too. I was let down by BV's customer service on that one.

Honestly, I haven't found anything good yet. The team has been unhelpful, hard to reach and seems untrained.
Cons
It's been month and support is inconsistent, project leads aren't very knowledgeable and the tech experts seem non-existent. We still don't have the functionality working right even after being forced to leave Yotpo. It's been worse than we expected. We rarely get correct answers during calls.
