“Great low cost startup option”
Pros
Compared with platforms like Braze and Leanplum, it gives us many of the same marketing automation capabilities at a much lower cost which makes it a really great option for startups. The email automation tools are especially useful and creating campaigns feels easy and user-friendly.
Cons
A few parts of the UX/UI still feel a bit buggy especially the date and time pickers and the journey builder pages. I also really think draft work should save automatically because I've had a few situations where I spent time working on something, came back a few hours later and realized my progress was gone since the page hadn't been saved.

“Entry level strong support platform”
Pros
As an entry-level customer engagement platform, CleverTap covers everything we need when it comes to features and functionality. On top of that, the customer support has been consistently strong and reliable.
Cons
There is a bit of a learning curve at the beginning. At times, the web dashboard can also feel somewhat slow and clunky.

“Real time analytics powers campaigns”
Pros
Having access to real-time analytics makes a big difference and it's very useful to build push and in-app campaigns using actual user behavior and data.
Cons
To me the pricing feels a little expensive andit's not very transparent or startup-friendly.

“interface not user-friendly and API limited”
Pros
It does a very good job with mobile analytics. Support for parquet format is a nice plus and campaign management is easy to work with. The engagement features are especially useful and have been very helpful overall.
Cons
The interface isn't very user friendly which can make things harder than they should be. The API feels limited, the documentation is quite outdated and the number of integrations is pretty small.Italso misses real-time data export which is a noticeable drawback.

The push notification campaigns are really well done and the targeting options make it much easier to reach the right audience.
Cons
It is a bit expensive especially when the event volume gets very large at scale.
