“Cool Features.... If they work and you can get any customer service.
Pros
Setting up workflows is no big deal. Drip offers many integrations options with other software which makes it easy to import contacts.
Cons
Their customer service is almost non existent. If I come across any problem, I know for sure that I have to wait for days for a response via email. Also we have had an issue with SMS and I am unsure if it will ever be resolved since I cannot seem to reach anyone.

“Drip can completely automate your Business
Pros
Drip provides some of the best features for email marketing. I can manage a large number of subscribers and segment them based on their behaviors. The user interface is clean and easy to navigate. Creating workflows and automation is excellent, thanks to the pre-built flows in the library.
Cons
Drip is missing other digital marketing channels like WhatsApp Business and app push notifications. Once workflows or automations are live, we cannot re-edit them. Also the reports and analytics are quite basic.

“The interface can change quite a lot on you in the course of a year
Pros
We handle most of our email marketing through Drip like setting up complex workflows and rules. It is something that saves us a lot of time while still maintaining a good experience to our customers.
Cons
Drips UI has changed quite a bit and their recent switch to a side menu (from a top menu) has added a lot of extra clicks to my daily tasks. Previously, the hover effect allowed me to select sub-items with one click. Now, I need a click to activate the menu and another to select the sub-item. Over time, this adds up. I also find it troublesome that I cannot save my preferred views for each category. Despite having my own sign-in, the views for broadcasts (single emails) always default to no tags. I did rather see the newsletters and webinar emails I send while filtering out the sales emails.

“Drip Is A Great Email Marketing Software
Pros
We used Drip throughout the past year for our email promotions and automations. It has been the best tool I have used so far.
Cons
Based on my experience so far, it is not 100% complete. I like the features but it could definitely be much better.

“Drip has the most powerful automation to grow your bussiness
Pros
Drips automation and workflows are the best in the industry. I can download and choose pre-built workflows from their library and edit them before they go live. I can also select any pre-built email template from their library or use the drag and drop feature to create responsive email templates. The drag and drop feature for email templates is excellent.
Cons
The support team takes a long time to resolve issues. Drips pricing can go up to $1500 per month. Moreover the user interface is outdated and needs a redesign.

“Its great for those who are just starting up!
Pros
The software is very easy to use and understand. The organization of everything is great and the design is perfect for beginners in marketing.
Cons
Its great but very basic. It covers the basics well but does not excel in advanced marketing. However, its very easy to use and ideal for beginners.

“The best email and marketing automation software EXCEPT.
Pros
This software is one of the easiest as compared to others I have worked with. I have always enjoyed setting up automations and it is very clear how to do things. I do not like getting trapped around by technical details and this tool saves me from that hassle and lets me create what I want with an ease.
Cons
The lack of integrations is the main reason I switched to another software. While it integrates with major platforms like ClickFunnels, Google and Microsoft, I often found that Drip did not support other programs I wanted to connect with. Well it is not entirely their fault but its a major issue for me.

“Fantastic for your mailing list
Pros
I really like the tagging system as it makes it super easy to find people in my account. I also enjoy the workflows.
Cons
I wish I could split-test headlines using their legacy email templates.

“A big jump forward in my business!
Pros
Numbers never lie. Data is very important for us and Drip provides me with the data I need to reach my audience, especially as an established business with a large email list. The larger my business is the smoother everything runs with Drip.
Cons
Creating workflows and automations takes time to get used to, but It is not more challenging than any other product out there.

“Comprehensive software!
Pros
Drip offers nice drag-and-drop templates and a briliant user interface. It also seems more reliable than what I experienced with AC.
Cons
It is often buggy with our RSS feed. Also, the reporting is disappointing as it takes a whole day for analytics to appear after an email is sent.

“Drip automates our email flows
Pros
We use Drip for our ongoing campaigns such as our websites lead magnet. Creating an appealing lead magnet for our site was very easy with Drip.
Cons
There is new things to learn about both the terminology and setting up campaigns and workflows. However, once I got used to it the software proved to be quite advanced.

“Shocking Support - is anyone even there?
Pros
I am really struggling to highlight the pros because I have had a very bad experience.
Cons
I received no support in setting up Drip to work properly for my business. Despite sending five emails, leaving two voicemails and sending a direct message, I received no response from the company.

“A good ecommerce email system, but not without some flaws
Pros
Drip is a solid ecommerce email system, especially for Magento. I find it really easy to set up automations and manage e-commerce contacts, purchases and other data. Also it is quite similar to other email platforms in terms of setup, templates, and flexibility.
Cons
The demo made it seem like integrating with Magento would be simple but there were several issues at launch. The reporting is lacking and the automations do not work as smoothly as I did hoped.

“Drip has become one of the worst CRM
Pros
In the beginning everything looked perfect but later everything changed. Not happy
Cons
The support is poor (it can take up to seven days to get a response and when I do, its often not helpful). The pricing feels like a scam. Last but not least the integration with Elementor and WooCommerce is very problematic.

“Difficult to use - Extremely slow and poor customer service - Dubious pricing model
Pros
The system is very powerful and integrates with Shopify easily.
Cons
Drip's pricing model and system design are set up to charge me for people who are "active" in their system, even if they have unsubscribed from email marketing and I cannot legally market to them. This results in an ever-growing list in Drip that I am paying for but cannot use for marketing. Although I can implement rules and automations to manage this, its quite complicated and Drip often reactivates previously deactivated contacts when new orders come in from Shopify. I end up with a tangled web of rules and automations just to keep my list manageable. It feels like the system might be intentionally complex to maximize revenue by charging for people I cannot market to. Support is very slow and usually provides incomplete answers. There seems to be little regard for customer satisfaction or adequate onboarding assistance. I won't be recommending Drip to others.

“Drop Ecommerce CRM is the Best B2C CRM available today!
Pros
Although I have only used Drip Ecommerce during a trial period, it exceeds my expectations and surely is the best from every other CRM I have tried. Its specifically designed to work well with ecommerce websites which allows me to integrate it quickly with my platform and start marketing like a pro!
Cons
So far I love the software and have not come across anything that I dislike. I strongly recommend it for eCommerce websites looking to expand their marketing efforts.

“Warning for the future..
Pros
Drip interface is clean, appealing and easy to navigate.
Cons
When my subscription ends, I cannot access my contacts unless I pay for another month upfront. There are no warnings about this, so be cautious if you are switching to another platform just make sure to extract all your information earlier.

“Powerful Drip Campaigns
Pros
It quickly lets me build customized campaigns. The email editor is excellent and user friendly which is the best for beginners. There are also plenty of analytics available.
Cons
Its not certainly a downside, but the price is too high mainly for those who are running a small business. But the analytics alone make it worth the cost.

“Expensive but leader in market
Pros
The automation workflows are the major and most powerful feature of Drip. Rules and tags also help in creating different types of audiences.
Cons
Its more expensive compared to other tools on the market which can be a problem for freelancers and early-stage bloggers.
