“True, Choices have consequences. Chosing Drip has turned tables.
Pros
Drip might be a simple tool, but it is highly valuable to me. Its an easy to use software that is simple to launch, integrate and customize which makes it a highly effective tool. Drip is user friendly and comes with endless benefits. In fact, we have not even come close to tapping into all the advantages Drip offers. I am determined to achieve even more with it.

“So Many Features
Pros
One of my favorite aspects is how it syncs with our Shopify storefront. We use Drip for many tasks but we rely on it the most for our weekly email blasts. The ability to link directly to our products with detailed information and pictures is amazing. Plus, I can easily track the ROI from those emails.

“Elevate Your Engagement Through Automated Emails with Drip
Pros
There are key features that make Drip stand out from the competition: workflows, rules and campaigns. I can set up automated email sequences triggered by specific events or user actions which ensures my customers receive targeted messages at the right moments, boosting engagement and sales. The visual workflow builders are so easy to use which makes it simple to create powerful automation sequence. My favorite feature of Drip is its amazing automation capabilities. I can create automated workflows that trigger personalized emails and messages based on customer behavior and preferences. This has truly changed the way we work

Pros
Drip allows me to set up workflow automation without any problem. For example, if someone buys an item through my e-commerce store, I can automatically send a feedback email about the product. It also offers great visualization of subscriber changes month to month and shows who has unsubscribed. I can even track hourly open rates to determine the best time to send emails in the future.

“Great UI but lacks some advanced features
Pros
I was able to adapt drip pretty quickly. Rules give me more control over customer interactions, such as triggering events based on behaviors like cart abandonment or newsletter sign-ups. Campaigns are also fantastic because they let me personalize emails to fit the needs of different customer segments and nurture leads with timely, relevant emails which helps convert more leads into sales.

Pros
Drip features a brilliant user interface. I can use drag and drop features to create beautiful and responsive email templates. For automation, it offers pre-built workflows in its library. This tool is perfect for creating small sales funnels for engagement and customer retention. I can also track user activities and set up event-based automation. Furthermore the support team also provides training on how to use this tool.

Pros
Drip provides some of the best features for email marketing. I can manage a large number of subscribers and segment them based on their behaviors. The user interface is clean and easy to navigate. Creating workflows and automation is excellent, thanks to the pre-built flows in the library.

“The interface can change quite a lot on you in the course of a year
Pros
We handle most of our email marketing through Drip like setting up complex workflows and rules. It is something that saves us a lot of time while still maintaining a good experience to our customers.
Cons
Drips UI has changed quite a bit and their recent switch to a side menu (from a top menu) has added a lot of extra clicks to my daily tasks. Previously, the hover effect allowed me to select sub-items with one click. Now, I need a click to activate the menu and another to select the sub-item. Over time, this adds up. I also find it troublesome that I cannot save my preferred views for each category. Despite having my own sign-in, the views for broadcasts (single emails) always default to no tags. I did rather see the newsletters and webinar emails I send while filtering out the sales emails.

Drips automation and workflows are the best in the industry. I can download and choose pre-built workflows from their library and edit them before they go live. I can also select any pre-built email template from their library or use the drag and drop feature to create responsive email templates. The drag and drop feature for email templates is excellent.

“The best email and marketing automation software EXCEPT.
Pros
This software is one of the easiest as compared to others I have worked with. I have always enjoyed setting up automations and it is very clear how to do things. I do not like getting trapped around by technical details and this tool saves me from that hassle and lets me create what I want with an ease.
Cons
The lack of integrations is the main reason I switched to another software. While it integrates with major platforms like ClickFunnels, Google and Microsoft, I often found that Drip did not support other programs I wanted to connect with. Well it is not entirely their fault but its a major issue for me.

“Difficult to use - Extremely slow and poor customer service - Dubious pricing model
Pros
The system is very powerful and integrates with Shopify easily.
Cons
Drip's pricing model and system design are set up to charge me for people who are "active" in their system, even if they have unsubscribed from email marketing and I cannot legally market to them. This results in an ever-growing list in Drip that I am paying for but cannot use for marketing. Although I can implement rules and automations to manage this, its quite complicated and Drip often reactivates previously deactivated contacts when new orders come in from Shopify. I end up with a tangled web of rules and automations just to keep my list manageable. It feels like the system might be intentionally complex to maximize revenue by charging for people I cannot market to. Support is very slow and usually provides incomplete answers. There seems to be little regard for customer satisfaction or adequate onboarding assistance. I won't be recommending Drip to others.
