Pros

Customizing emails are relatively easier, and the deliverability is good.

Cons

There were so many good reviews about this product, so we went for it. But, 3 months later everyone on the team got frustrated using this software and didn’t want to use it anymore. The dashboard isn’t intuitive at all and setting up automation is quite chunky. Automation was the reason we got this software, but nothing seemed to work right.

Great CRM
Pros

The major plus point of this software is that it can easily be integrated with e-commerce platforms like Shopify etc. It has the ability to customize the autoresponder. It can also be integrated with Facebook targeting clients from Facebook as well. It is a great tool for automation. With the help of this tool, we’re able to learn more about the needs of our clients, which helps us serve them better.

Cons

It has a learning curve. Uploading the .csv list isn’t as easy as MailChimp or any other email marketing software products.

My bank account got locked.
Pros

The system is pretty decent and works really well. It has a lot of great features. Marketing can be done with the help of this tool and without much of a trouble.

Cons

My bank suspected a scam as the company charged me for the free trial and due to that my bank account got locked. I tried contacting their customer support twice regarding this issue, but they never bothered to contact me.

Powerful tool
Pros

It is a good product for an e-commerce business. This tool is the most powerful and flexible automation tool that is out there. It can easily be integrated with many popular tools. It is easy to segment subscriber with tags. It is a powerful tool to use for marketing automation.

Cons

They just decided to proceed even when they were being given a lot of negative feedback. They increase their rate at a very short notice. They focus more on the ecommerce side rather than the blogger or creator side.

Pros

Before getting drip, I’ve used different other marketing automation tools. Out of all those, Drip is a great choice. Setting up email campaigns, creating emails, nurturing leads, tracking etc. is so easy with this tool. The email editor is quite great and gives a wide variety of templates and choices. It has basic and advanced options both.

Cons

It has a learning curve like every other software. Although this software took longer for me to get my grip on it, however since then I haven’t faced any issues with this software.

Drip marketing
Pros

Drip offers great features and can easily be integrated. The features are easy to use as well. It provides with amazing lead generation tools, which helps us nurture and manage our leads. It is great for drip marketing.

Cons

There is one thing that another software I know does great and that is e-commerce analytics. Although I do know that e-commerce isn’t the core service of Drip.

Price keeps increasing
Pros

It isn’t a bad marketing automation tool. It does quite a few things that are needed for marketing automation.

Cons

This tool is not intuitive at all. The technical support team isn’t that great and needs to be improved. I don’t think that they really care about their customers as we’ve been using Drip for approximately 3 years, and since day one they’ve just increased their prices. This company is not recommended at all.

Good for a small subscriber list
Pros

Drip offers a lot of features and functionalities. It is built mainly for marketing purposes. It also offers advanced features and automation for technical users who are looking for a more personalized approach to email marketing. It is a great tool for people with small subscriber lists.

Cons

Once you cross the 5000-subscriber mark, the price gap is more evident between this platform and its competitors.

Great features.
Pros

Before using this platform, I’ve used many other email marketing platforms. I believe that all of the email marketing tools are good for different reasons. This tool I’d say has a lot of features and the functionality is present as well. This tool definitely did quite surprise me when I started using it. I’d recommend this platform to anyone who is doing any kind of serious advertising or is spending considerable time with email marketing. This is a great tool for advanced users.

Cons

The starting price is a bit high. It has a bit of a learning curve to it.

Drip is good
Pros

Drip was easy to get started with once I got past some of the non-intuitive features. They have a very well managed documentation, which explains and helps a lot. The support they provide is quite responsive and helped me with any sort of problems that I faced. They made it easier for me to get started with it. Drip has handled my marketing automation and CRM responsibilities in a very well manner.

Cons

The reporting part of the system seems to lack. The things that the reporting does are very limited and some of the reports are quite misleading and confusing in a way.
