“top-tier solution for company data
Pros
It is the top-tier solution for company and technographic data across a lot of countries and regions. Plus the connection to Dynamics via its API works flawlessly too and their process for bringing on new users and helping them succeed is also very strong.
Cons
They really need to improve their contact and demographic information and offer more competitive prices. The features for bulk importing/exporting contacts and integrating with other tools also need some work.

Pros
What I value most is the immediate access to essential customer information, especially direct phone numbers and key contact details. This centralized visibility saves us significant time and enables much more personalized, efficient service for every client interaction.
Cons
Some company profiles are missing a lot of information and I find it especially hard to find details on smaller businesses.

“Quick and easy customer vetting tool
Pros
Enlyft is a really quick and easy application to use and it gives me all the details required to properly vet customers. We were looking for a tool that could show us the technology used by potential clients and it delivers that and then some more too.
Cons
The cost felt a little high for a small startup like ours but the value we have gotten has justified the price, especially since it's still cheaper than some other options.

“powerful tool that's transparent about its data limits
Pros
My favorite feature is how it combines information about the software companies use with other key details about them.
Cons
I dont dislike the service but it is simply impossible for any company to have information on every single piece of software or every professional. However they do a very good job of being transparent and showing you how accurate and reliable their available information actually is.

It is simple to operate, delivers powerful data and has an excellent support team.
Cons
One small issue is that it does not integrate very well with Zoho CRM. You can assign owners to individual contacts but you cannot separate ownership for saved accounts.

“An incredible time-saver
Pros
Enlyft provides an incredible amount of detailed information about companies and the key people who work there, making it my one stop source for all the insights I need. Also the platform saves me a huge amount of time each week by instantly showing me the best companies and individuals to contact. Most importantly, instead of wasting time searching through LinkedIn, company websites and other tools, I can find everything I need in seconds right inside the tool. Overall it is a massive time-saver and the contact information it provides is very accurate.
Cons
My only regret is not purchasing it sooner. I started this role two months ago and in that short time, we have tripled our pipeline opportunities compared to the entire previous year. I can honestly say it is the reason for our success.

“User-friendly with fast technical support
Pros
The interface is pretty user friendly, they resolve any technical issues fast and their database has wide coverage of different technology platforms.
Cons
For team-level plans, they only provide annual contracts, not monthly ones which I see as a limitation.

“Finding new customers is easy now
Pros
This platform is excellent at helping us find new customers much earlier in their buying process. It keeps getting better all the time and the team frequently adds features that users request. One particularly useful tool shows us which companies are actively looking to buy products like ours. Plus it recently identified several companies we had stopped pursuing, allowing our sales team to reconnect with them and even spotted a new interested company that visited our website before we had even contacted them.
Cons
For now I have not connected this tool to our CRM yet but I plan to. Even when I do, I am not sure it will remove all the manual work I currently do. Right now I spend a lot of time manually updating account information in our system to create marketing lists and it's frustrating that I cannot export all the data I need. The information the tool provides is very accurate and helpful but I wish the process was more automated. Another problem is the requirement to look up at least 100 companies at a time which has left me with 18 unused credits. I also wish I could remove companies that are not a good fit for us but get included in our results automatically.
