Pros
One feature I really appreciated in Falkon SMS was the custom template option. It lets you send personalized messages to your target audience in just a fraction of a second which is really useful.
Cons
One part that still needs improvement is the reporting section since it's not very strong yet. They are still developing it though.

“simple setup and simple campaigns”
Pros
Getting campaigns running feels very simple. The layout is simple, the menus are neatly organized and the whole process is simple to follow. From handling contact lists to putting together engaging SMS messages, everything feels organized and hassle-free. Even without much background in SMS marketing, it's easy to learn and start using quickly.
Cons
I haven't run into any specific issues with the product. Overall everything has felt very simple to use.

“Shared inbox is a blessing”
Pros
Having the Shared Inbox has been a huge help. It allows me to assign teammates to my number so texts still get answered quickly even when I'm away from the office.
Cons
API integration would make things even better for me. Aside from that, I really love it.. it's simple to use.
