It allows you to do anything!

Pros

This tool really has everything you could ask for. Its flexibility is definitely its strongest point. It's geared more towards agencies but works just as well for freelancers and companies too.

Cons

I think the interface could use a few updates and reorganizing the menus might help. Sometimes it's easy to get lost among all the features.

Feature packed and powerful platform

Pros

Overall I'm so happy with HighLevel. I have been using it for 5 months now. It has a huge range of business tools, but for me, the workflows and CRM are the top features.

Cons

There is a lot to configure, which can make some areas a bit frustrating.

So many great features

Pros

I love how I can organize my sales pipeline based on relationship progression. I can link calendars to Zoom calls and even make calls directly from HighLevel without having to use my personal number.

Cons

It took me a little while to get used to the interface and customize things to my liking but other than that, the service is great.

Excellent for client communication via business phone

Pros

One thing I really appreciate is being able to assist my admin team with calling and messaging clients through my own phone, without exposing my personal number.

Cons

Navigating the platform took a while and some features felt unnecessary, which makes the screen overwhelming at times.

Good customer service

Pros

Customer service has been really good. Whenever I had any issues, they were always there to help me resolve them.

Cons

The price is a bit high and not everything is included. I was looking for a more all-in-one platform.

Definitely worth it once you get past the learning curve

Pros

The platform has so many options like automation, emails, texting, calling, market research, just to name a few and It's all in one place.

Cons

There's a pretty steep learning curve and it took a bit to get the hang of it.

The best all around CRM

Pros

The support I received during onboarding was excellent. There's always someone available, 24/7 and they explain everything with lots of patience and clarity. For me automation has been the most useful and remarkable feature of the product.

Cons

For a small business in Argentina, the price is steep but the payment options and free months they offer while you get your first customers are helpful.

Heads up! Kajabi costs $100K+ a month, HighLevel offers $0 pricing -read this review first

Pros

The platform itself is motivating. It really gives you the mindset of "you can do anything with GHL," specially through their marketing channels. That's probably the only positive I can mention about the platform, though.

Cons

Everything feels overly complicated, clunky and buggy. The navigation is difficult and I can't say I have had a good experience.

Simple to set up automations and manage conversations

Pros

I signed up for it when I started receiving a lot of inquiries and needed some automation to keep up with the replies. It was easy to set up and navigate and it definitely made the investment worth it.

Cons

Some transitions between areas are a bit tricky.

The ultimate all in one tool for online businesses

Pros

This is the perfect all-in-one solution for business tools. I used to juggle 5-8 different software tools to run my business but now everything's in one place. It's a no brainer when you compare the savings to other alternatives.

Cons

They keep moving features around, which means I have to relearn things. It's a bit annoying but the power of the tool makes it worth it.

Useless when you're locked out of your account unexpectedly

Pros

It was great for the starting three days, then stopped working completely.

Cons

They kept promising my account was "fixed" but after spending hours with support and getting it fixed by a programmer, it only worked for about 10 days. Then my account was messed up again.

A buggy and difficult-to-navigate interface

Pros

This is one of the go-to platforms for lead management, with tons of integration options.

Cons

Interface is confusing and the website is buggy. Sometimes it just loads a blank page when I log in.

A perfect alternative to Keap and ActiveCampaign

Pros

Go HighLevel lets me create automated SMS and email campaigns and integrates with almost every software out there via its API.

Cons

It is more expensive than other options but it offers more features. I did have a hard time getting started with automations, though.

Avoid this one

Pros

Honestly I can't think of any pros. This company feels like a scam to me.

Cons

The entire experience feels like a scam, especially with the so-called free trial that's really not free.

Customer support is horrendous

Pros

HighLevel offers a lot of great features especially email templates and campaign management.

Cons

Customer support is terrible. I can barely understand the staff and it takes forever to get through their automated system. Everything needs to be "escalated" and I've had to wait days for simple answers.

Ideal software for agencies

Pros

I love how it's designed specifically for advertising agencies, making it super easy to manage and differentiate between clients. It's also really intuitive and works well.

Cons

Sometimes it takes a long time to load, so a server update might be needed.

Problems regarding billing and customer support

Pros

The advertised features are impressive. They have a lot of affiliates who make a hefty commission so you'll hear a lot of positive things. However there are two main companies that offer support outside of HighLevel, and they charge anywhere from $150 to $300 a month.

Cons

Billing support was awful. They promised a refund but never delivered. I had to follow up multiple times and was left disappointed. It felt like they didn't care at all. Everyone seemed more focused on getting new sign-ups than actually helping resolve issues.
