Pros
Insider's responsive templates make things so easy. We can activate a campaign across all platforms with just one design. The recommendation carousel is super simple to customize, so we can highlight the products we want. The interface is intuitive and makes managing campaigns feel effortless.
Cons
For custom designs that aren't available as templates, we have to reach out to Insider's Help Center, which can slow things down a bit during execution.

“Saw a big jump in session time using Insider overlays
Pros
Insider gives us tons of flexible, easy to use templates that really help make our website more interactive for users. We have used web push, the spinning wheel and banner overlay templates to build a super engaging experience. The banner overlay alone boosted our session duration by 134%! Web push has also become a key channel for us to re-engage visitors. Automating those notifications has saved us time and improved efficiency and the results have been great. Web push alone drives nearly 2% of our total traffic.
Cons
The panel shows real time results and campaign data, which is great but honestly, the numbers are sometimes hard to understand without extra explanation. We often have to rely on our consultant to break it down for us. It would be awesome if the panel was a little more user-friendly so we could figure things out on our own.

1.There are so many ready-to-use templates to choose from in each product.2. Insider's Customer Success and Account Management teams offer top-notch support.3. We can easily track campaign results through their performance dashboards and the insights are super detailed.
Cons
It's been a great experience working with Insider so far and honestly, we haven't found anything to complain about. Hopefully, it stays that way moving forward.

“Web personalization gave our page views a huge lift
Pros
Insider's templates really helped us improve UX and boost website interaction. Plus, tracking performance in real-time was super easy. Their customer success team is seriously the best always ready to help with great support and solutions. We've only used the Web Suite so far to upgrade the onsite experience,\ but we are excited to try out their other products soon.
Cons
We really don't have any dislikes. We love using Insider to personalize experiences for our customers and it's clearly working because engagement is improving.

Pros
I like that we can personalize the experience for users based on their behavior right on the site. There's solid, local support that covers everything from strategy to operations. We also get a smooth cross-channel experience that connects both onsite and offsite efforts. Plus, they offer tons of ready-made use cases tailored specifically for airlines, which fits our needs perfectly.
Cons
Running campaigns takes less time thanks to their amazing template library. It would be even better if they kept releasing updated templates more regularly.

Thanks to great communication and support, it's easy for us to quickly find solutions whether we're working on something special or dealing with any issues that pop up.
Cons
There isn't anything we dislike. Of course like with any tool, there are areas that could be improved and it's good to see they are actively working on those.

What I really like is how easy Insider is to use, it makes my day-to-day work simpler and helps drive real results. It's a super effective tool for connecting customers with our brand.
Cons
I think there are definitely some improvements to be made but nothing that messes with our daily work. Just some things around segmentation and reporting that could be smoother.

“The best AI tool we've used for engagement and conversions
Pros
Insider made it really easy to integrate with Google Tag Manager and their tech support team was awesome during setup. The Architect and Personalization modules are amazing, the drag-and-drop campaign builder makes creating new stuff simple. We use Insider daily to pull live reports and plan our future campaigns based on real-time data.
Cons
Insider's support has been excellent but I wish the onboarding sessions were a bit longer to really dive into all the modules. They gave us online guides and PDFs, which helped but more hands-on time would have made it easier to understand everything.

“Great functionality and usage
Pros
We love a lot of Insider's features and products but what stands out most is their support team. Honestly, they are probably the best I've ever worked with they always go above and beyond for us.
Cons
We've told our account managers that it'd be great to expand the web templates library and make the template builder or Onsite Experiment module more intuitive, something easy enough for someone with little or no coding experience to use.

I love that we can test and try out new features on our site before rolling them out permanently. It gives us so much flexibility to see what our customers actually engage with.
Cons
Sometimes it takes longer than we would like to get campaigns live and the back-and-forth with developers can feel a bit overwhelming at times.
