“Amazing tool for email campaigns
Pros
I find it really easy to use. It's simple when it comes to sending regular emails and if I have any questions, they have a real-time chat feature that's really helpful!
Cons
It does have some more advanced features that take time to set up and work through to make sure they're functioning properly. But these features are more optional and they don't affect how quickly I was able to start sending regular emails which was nice.

“Unique and customizable features
Pros
What I like most about iPost are the customizable options and all the possibilities it gives me to work with.
Cons
The thing I like the least about this product are the little quirks that are different from other email service providers (ESPs) but honestly that's to be expected with any new tool.

“Not a bad option overall
Pros
The drag-and-drop feature is amazing when it comes to putting emails together. It makes the whole process so much simpler and faster.
Cons
Creating lists and setting up journeys was confusing and hard to understand for me.

“Superb customer support
Pros
Our account manager was fantastic to work with. If you decide to use iPost, I highly recommend working with their support team. They were always quick to respond, kept following up with me and gave really helpful feedback and advice. They also offer great support to ensure emails are delivered and if any issues come up they fix them right away.
Cons
The user interface feels outdated and it makes tasks like using the template formatter or setting up drip campaigns more difficult than they should be.

“Simple tool for managing email campaigns
Pros
The drag-and-drop email templates are so easy to use. I can quickly add our themes and make emails that are dynamic and look great. The delivery rate has been much higher compared to the other email tools I've used before. The API integrates easily with our other tools and iPost works as our sending domain with no issues setting it up. Their support is also quick and usually solves any problem I have.
Cons
We had a lot of trouble setting up FTP integration with our internal system. It's more of an internal issue that we're still working through but I really wish there was an easier way to do it. Sometimes the drafts don't save, and the screen glitches, forcing me to start over. Also there have been times when the system was really slow and the loading time felt way too long.

“Very user-friendly and efficient
Pros
I really like the stats and tests that It provides when sending emails. It makes it easy to track everything.
Cons
It would be great to have an easier way to send emails to just a subset of a list and then send another email to the rest of the list or the complement of it.

“Excellent customer support
Pros
At first we were really excited about this product because it has a lot of features and potential especially when it comes to split testing and targeting.
Cons
Unfortunately we ran into a delegation and subdomain issue that stopped our links from working. We needed the software to work for multiple clients but we couldn't find a solution to fix this.

“Great support but slow UI
Pros
The way It is set up can be customized to fit our specific needs. We really like that we were able to bring over our existing sending IPs and domains, keeping their good reputations, so we didn't need to warm up new IPs or use shared ones.
Cons
The reporting interface definitely needs improvement. The user interface can be slow to load and there should be more standard reports available out of the box. Right now it feels like there's too much reliance on creating custom reports. It would also be helpful if there was support for seed lists.

“Delivers solid results
Pros
Sending emails is quick, looks great and is effective at reaching the people I want to reach. I can easily set up and send messages to my audience and I get a lot of useful data.
Cons
Honestly I really like it just the way it is. I wouldn't change anything about it.

“Good tool but frustrating sometimes
Pros
I really love the ability to pull detailed reports and take a deep dive into how our campaigns are performing.
Cons
The system feels clunky at times and often runs slowly. Creating reports within the Email Ticket can be really frustrating. When making more than one or two lists, it's hard to tell which list is which because the naming convention isn't very simple It would be helpful if the new list was named similarly to the list it was created from, so it's easier to keep track of. Also when an error occurs, it would be nice to have a list of possible things to troubleshoot.
