“powerful interface that delivers”
Pros
The interface stays simple and uncluttered, yet it still offers a lot of power when I need it.
Cons
Jumping in and out of records and moving quickly between lists can feel a bit tedious. It's usually not a major problem but it does get frustrating during longer stretches of heavy searching.

“just works every time”
Pros
After using plenty of email platforms over the years, this one still holds up as one of the most dependable. It's simple to use, simple and reliable. A lot of other tools claim to offer something newer or better, usually based on what a client prefers but overall I've never felt they brought more value than this one. At the end of the day, it just works.
Cons
Pricing can feel a bit steep when you're dealing with higher-volume accounts but you do get great value for what you're paying. Since it's so reliable, that cost is a little easier to justify.

“fantastic integrations across teams”
Pros
One thing that really helps is how well it connects with many of the third-party apps we rely on every day, including Facebook, Salesforce and Eventbrite. Because of that, different teams can collaborate more effectively even when they're working in separate systems for different needs.
Cons
Customer support is where it really falls short for me. I care a lot about service and in that area it feels like a failing grade. Considering how many users they have and the kind of business they're in, they should put a lot more into their support team. Many of our campaigns are time-sensitive so when something goes wrong, getting a faster response can make a huge difference.

“powerful email targeting and analytics”
Pros
Running a software company means we regularly send newsletters, feature announcements and webinar emails to customers and this platform has been really useful for that. One of the best parts is being able to create customer groups and choose exactly who should receive a specific email and who should be excluded. The analytics are also excellent especially for tracking email open rates and seeing how campaigns are performing.
Cons
One thing that would make it better is if any email marked as spam were automatically removed from the mailing list.

“Simple across mobile and desktop”
Pros
Both the mobile and desktop versions feel easy and simple to use.
Cons
A few features are tucked away in spots that aren't very obvious especially custom forms and auto-responses. There are also times when it seems like I've updated an auto-drip campaign but I actually only changed the template instead of the campaign itself.

“professional newsletters with handy scheduling”
Pros
Setting up custom newsletters is very easy. The templates look polished, the font options are attractive and adding hyperlinks or buttons to websites social media pages and PayPal is simple. The final newsletters come across as very professional without being difficult to build. Running a small nonprofit, I also appreciate how quickly new employees and interns can learn to update and swap out content each week. Another feature that really helps is the scheduling option since I can prepare everything earlier in the week, set the send time and not worry about it afterward. That makes it much easier to ensure our audience receives the newsletter when they are most likely to see it and engage with it.
Cons
Building and importing mailing lists is one area that feels less simple. It is possible to send newsletters to specific segments of a mailing list but getting that set up is fairly tough. Even though the functionality is there, it takes noticeably more effort to organize than creating the newsletter itself.

“GOOD Templates for polished outreach”
Pros
A wide range of customizable templates is available and they're simple to work with. It helps send information to large groups of people in a way that feels polished, attractive and professional.
Cons
Merging lists can be a little tricky at times. Also, when someone unsubscribes and later wants to sign up again, the resubscription process isn't very easy.

“clear, fast and creative tool”
Pros
Software felt clear and easy to use from the start. It works quickly, keeps things simple and still includes more advanced options once you're ready to explore them. It also gives me plenty of room to be creative in the work I do.
Cons
One thing that trips me up at times is figuring out the right font to match text that's already been written. It would be much better if it automatically stayed on the same font and only switched when I chose to change it.

“beautiful email campaigns”
Pros
Putting together polished emails is really easy with this tool and being able to schedule them and send everything out to my list saves a lot of time.
Cons
List features don't feel as flexible or full-featured as I'd want. Working with two separate lists could definitely be more simple and I've also noticed some emails sent through it end up in spam.

“email creation made effortless”
Pros
After using it for 8 years, I still love how simple it is to create emails with this tool. The whole process is very user-friendly and it doesn't take much time to put together different types of emails.
Cons
Only thing I wish it included is an autoresponder in the free version.

“fantastic support and convenient integrations”
Pros
Having both a free option and a paid plan is a huge plus. I'm on the paid version because the support access is absolutely worth it and the support team has been excellent. That said the free version is impressive on its own as well. It's basically the go-to standard for connecting with WordPress and other platforms and the whole system feels very user-friendly. On the rare occasions I've run into a problem, support responded quickly, professionally and even went the extra mile to help get everything sorted out.
Cons
there's very little to complain about. In my view, it's an exceptionally well-designed piece of software.

“mass emailing done right”
Pros
After using this excellent software, going back to the old way doesn't even feel like an option. It has genuinely taken over the work my interns used to handle for mass emailing prospective clients. On top of that, the platform keeps improving as the company adds more features and extra capabilities over time.
Cons
Downside is that a lot of the limitations come from anti-spam marketing laws, including email restrictions, FTC regulations and similar compliance rules.

“powerful lists and templates”
Pros
Putting campaigns together and sending emails feels clear and uncomplicated which definitely isn't something every email platform gets right. I also really value the list management tools since you can set up all kinds of custom user fields, segments, groups and now tags, then use them to build condition sets that decide exactly which audiences get which emails. Template creation and editing is fairly simple too especially if you know some HTML though it's not necessary.
Cons
Cap on segmentation conditions can be frustrating because I've run into several cases where I couldn't create the audience I needed once more than five conditions were involved. It's also a bit inconvenient that email lists don't really communicate with each other which means some manual deduplication still has to be done.

“creative newsletters with flexible layouts”
Pros
Being able to customize fonts, display options and all the different templates gives me a lot of creative freedom. I can even add GIPHYs which helps make the content more engaging. I use it every week for newsletters at a Presbyterian church so members can keep up with everything happening. It works well for sharing announcements, sermon titles, photos, meeting locations, dates and times and I can arrange everything however I want. Another feature I really appreciate is the ability to include links to PDFs, websites, email addresses and more.
Cons
The font selection still feels somewhat limited and once an email has been sent, you can't go back and correct it. There were plenty of times when I noticed an error in a campaign after it had already gone out and instead of fixing the original, I had to build and resend a new version. That can easily confuse people receiving it. I've also seen formatting look different depending on the email provider, whether it was AOL, Gmail, or a work email account.

“developer-friendly and reliable tool”
Pros
Getting started with it is very easy and it doesn't take much effort to begin using it right away. If you want to do more advanced work, the API is very developer-friendly and well designed. Customer support has also been excellent, resolving every ticket I've submitted sakmaod quickly. On top of that, the discount for enabling two-factor authentication is a really nice bonus.
Cons
My only complaint is that once your business starts growing, the unlimited sends eventually go away. After you pass a certain threshold, pricing becomes more expensive and you end up needing to clean your list often to keep costs under control.

“fantastic templateS and crm tools”
Pros
Beautiful, practical email templates and advanced analytics are a big plus. The customer support is outstanding too, the live chat is available 24/7 and it's actual people instead of bots which makes a huge difference when you need real help. On top of that, the platform is very simple to use.
Cons
One area that could use improvement is email organization. If you're creating and sending a lot of emails every week, it can be pretty hard to track down a specific one you sent a few months back.

“strong analytics”
Pros
Back when I started using online marketing tools for my business, a friend and mentor told me, "It's all about the list!" The point was that if I wanted to build my online presence and keep clients engaged, I needed to develop those relationships and consistently share fresh, useful information. We've been using this for several years to stay connected with our clients and get a better sense of what they need. It scales well as the organization grows and the paid plans include detailed analytics and market segmentation at a very competitive price. Setting up and managing email campaigns is also easy thanks to the user-friendly interface.
Cons
Getting it connected to our CRM was a bit of a hassle and ended up requiring an outside consultant. That's not entirely the software's fault but we chose it partly because the integration was supposed to be simple. Even with that early complication, everything is working well now.

Pros
Running more than one business with this has been really helpful because I can set up separate groups for each one and still connect them when I need to add a client to more than one business email list.

“helpful templates and quick reports”
Pros
We connected this app to our Shopify store to support our email marketing and it's been really useful. It comes with ready-made templates that I can use as-is or tweak to fit what we need and the automatic sending to our selected distribution list saves a lot of time. It's one of the simplest marketing tools we use and pulling reports is incredibly easy too.
Cons
It works very well for basic marketing but for anything more advanced or complex, we need to use another solution.

Pros
Even with little to no prior experience, it's possible to build out a complete funnel CRM strategy using this platform. It also delivers powerful, actionable data right out of the box which makes it useful from the start.
Cons
