Pros
Getting campaigns out with it is pretty easy. You can set one up in just a few minutes and start emailing customers right away. We have tried several other providers to save money but we always end up coming back to it. We would definitely recommend it for email marketing.
Cons
Pricing is the biggest downside. It is definitely one of the more expensive services out there and there are not many plan options for customers who send emails less often. Our company has a limited product range so we do not need to send daily emails. We usually reach out to customers about twice a month. Other providers offer much cheaper plans for that smaller sending volume but we get better deliverability and open rates with it so we stick with it and pay the higher price.

It takes a lot of the manual effort out of email marketing and lead generation for me. With just a few taps, I can import contacts directly from my contact list and move qualified leads into the right customer journey.
Cons
I'd still love to see more visually appealing landing page templates, along with added functionality in the app.

Of all the email and campaign management tools I've used, this has been my favorite. I can easily send, receive and track large volumes of emails and I also appreciate the flexibility to create messages in multiple formats.
Cons
I don't really have any major complaints about it at this point. The only thing I'd suggest is automating a few more features to make it even more convenient to use.

Pros
One of the things I liked most was having access to a free plan. It allowed me to capture leads and build email campaigns from a single platform. I also found it very useful that I could generate QR codes from forms and create shortened URLs without relying on Google.
Cons
Getting comfortable with it took more effort than I expected and it didn't offer the level of customization I'm used to on other platforms. The form builder also felt limited since it was missing a lot of the design and customization features I prefer.

Connecting the platform to our CRM has made a significant difference for our team. We especially appreciate how it automatically creates audience segments for us.
Cons
Although CAN-SPAM helps us manage and optimize how often we send newsletters, it also restricts us from directly emailing non-subscribers with campaign updates through it's interface.

Having access to a wide range of integrations has been extremely valuable for our startup. I also love the WYSIWYG email builder because it allows me to create attractive, professional emails without needing any coding skills.
Cons

The fact that I've stayed with it for more than ten years says a lot. It continues to provide everything I need and I've never felt compelled to upgrade to a higher-tier plan.
Cons
A while back, they rolled out a big update that I wasn't too happy with at first. The interface became a bit confusing and posting from RSS to email was harder than before but after a while I adjusted to the changes.

Having the CRM and data analytics built in is really useful and being able to keep all my data in one place makes it much easier to access whenever I need it. It also works well for running multiple campaigns at the same time.
Cons
I really enjoy using it but one thing I wish could be improved is the occasional server downtime. Sometimes things do not load properly and if that gets fixed, it would be one of the best software platforms out there.

it has a lot going for it as a really capable CRM platform. Importing an existing email list is easy, adding a signup form to a website doesn't take much effort and you can also enter contacts manually without any hassle. Lead management is simple to work with and performs really well. Along with that, building email campaigns is just as convenient and those two areas are definitely the strongest parts of it.
Cons
One feature I still feel is missing from it is a fully AI-generated campaign option. I think AI could come up with stronger, more effective wording for certain campaigns than what we're able to write manually.
