Pros
A few things really worked well for me, 1. Email marketing and email management are very effective. 2. The automation for emails and post scheduling saves a lot of time. 3. Lead generation, lead capture and lead management are all handled nicely. 4. The interface is user-friendly so it doesn't take much effort to use. 5. Reporting and analytics make it easier to measure how successful campaigns are. 6. The social media marketing feature is also quite helpful.
Cons
There are still a couple of downsides, 1. Updates don't seem to come very often. 2. The pricing feels a little expensive.

it lets you personalize emails with attractive, custom designs and you can also schedule sends so they reach your audience at the best possible time. On top of that, its automation system makes it possible to build complex, tailored workflows for your target audience.
Cons
Once you want to use more advanced features, it can get a bit expensive. There are also some limitations when it comes to customizing the HTML code which can be an issue for anyone who needs more flexibility in design. It also doesn't offer live phone support.

Pros
Putting email campaigns together is much more manageable with it because it helps me keep my emails organized and build campaigns that actually perform well. It's an email marketing platform with a great range of features, including user-friendly templates, automation tools, detailed analytics and integrations with a variety of other platforms.
Cons
One limitation with it is that it doesn't let me tag contacts based on how they interact with emails. For instance, if someone opens a message sent through it, there isn't a way to label that contact as "opened" or "unsubscribed." It does track opens and clicks but that information is only available at the activity level rather than as contact tags.

This software has a very user-friendly interface that makes handling email marketing feel simple and manageable.
Cons
Pricing can become costly as a business starts to grow. The free plan works for up to 2,000 contacts but once your list goes beyond that limit, you have to move to a paid monthly subscription and the costs can rise pretty fast. On top of that some features are locked behind the more expensive plans which may not be realistic for smaller businesses with tighter budgets. For instance, automation workflows which are one of the stronger tools for email marketing, are only included in the Standard and Premium plans and those can run into hundreds of dollars per month. Even though it is an excellent digital marketing platform, its pricing model can be a real downside for growing businesses trying to keep expenses under control.

Pros
One thing that really works well with it is how it lets us contact specific prospects, whether we want to re-engage them or send out surveys. That has helped us qualify more clients and collect useful feedback about our company.
Cons
At times, it feels a bit frustrating to use. But once you get familiar with the different options and learn your way around, it pretty much takes care of itself.

When we were comparing tools for collecting user emails and running email marketing campaigns, nothing really matched it. It's very simple to use and handles the job really well. It also connects easily with any hosting provider and we were able to set everything up on our own without needing a developer. The customization options are another big plus.
Cons
At this point, I really don't have any complaints. Everything has worked flawlessly and we haven't even had to contact customer support. If I could change one thing, it would be the option to automate billing invoices so they can be sent to a custom email address since that isn't available right now.

Pros
Being able to tailor different audiences and build subsegments is really valuable especially when I want to send specific it campaigns to the right group.
Cons
One thing that is frustrating is getting charged for customers who have unsubscribed or are no longer subscribed if they are not moved into the archive folder.

Pros
Getting started was pretty easy for me and creating attractive emails while making sure everything functions correctly is just as easy. I found the platform quick to implement and it offers a strong set of advanced features without overwhelming everyday users. I also appreciate how thoughtfully designed the mobile app is since it feels more like a companion to the desktop version rather than just a smaller copy. The database segmentation tools have been especially valuable for helping me target campaigns more effectively.
Cons
Although the interface is user-friendly overall, moving between different sections can still feel a bit confusing. Managing audiences is possible but you do have to adjust to the platform's logic for how that part works. Once it clicks, it becomes manageable. Still, if you only log in once or twice a month, there's a good chance you'll be searching for certain settings again each time or needing to keep notes so you remember where everything is.

What stood out to me right away was how simple the platform feels. I can launch a campaign and almost immediately start reviewing useful metrics such as open rates, bounce rates and unsubscribes. That instant feedback helps me understand performance and make better decisions for future campaigns. I also rely on the A/B testing feature to compare different versions and identify what works best based on actual results.
Cons
One frustrating part is that unsubscribed contacts still count toward the monthly plan limit. They may still be included in Ads which most people do not even pay attention to but they cannot receive emails and that is really the main reason for using it.

One of the features I value most is being able to see exactly how many recipients opened our newsletters. Before using this platform, we couldn't track that level of engagement when relying solely on Outlook.
Cons
We also work with pretty strict formatting and design requirements for our outgoing emails so it would help if editing the it templates was a bit more flexible to support that better.

I also rely heavily on the detailed analytics which show opens, clicks, recipient locations and even the types of devices people use to view emails.
Cons
At the moment, I think the product is already very easy to use and doesn't really need any additional features or integrations. Overall, I can say that I liked it a lot.

Right from the start, I felt that this was one of the easiest marketing platforms to work with. The simple interface makes it simple for me to create and send campaigns and I appreciate how well it integrates with other software. The automation features are another major benefit because they reduce the amount of manual work I have to do each day.
Cons
While it works well enough for smaller companies, the analytics side still has room for improvement especially when it comes to accuracy and how the data is presented. The dashboard is not the strongest part for tracking that information. There is also not enough clarity around GDPR which still feels like a grey area and can be difficult to navigate.
