“good for email campaign starters”
Pros
Getting started with email marketing feels pretty easy with this tool and even if you're new to it, it's not hard to understand. It doesn't take much time to begin setting up and running an email campaign.
Cons
Pricing starts to feel a little expensive as the number of contacts in your account grows and some useful features stay locked unless you move up to a higher plan.

“helpful campaign tracking”
Pros
Being able to build new email campaigns from past ones and existing address lists saves a lot of time and tracking the response results is very easy.
Cons
It would be even better if there were a way to send an existing email campaign to new contacts without having to create a new draft each time.

“Aligned marketing workflow”
Pros
This tool feels very easy. I can format lists, upload content and handle my marketing tasks without any hassle and the whole platform keeps everything aligned.
Cons
Honestly, there wasn't much for me to dislike. I came across it through podcast ads and ended up being really satisfied with the service.

“Platform is worth it!!”
Pros
it has been fantastic to use. The interface is very user-friendly and the price feels justified for what the program offers. It's also flexible enough to work for a lot of different uses which makes it even more valuable.
Cons
The pricing can feel a little high at first if you're not familiar with how to use it but once you get everything figured out, it becomes much more manageable.

“helpful templates and quick setup”
Pros
Getting started was pretty easy and the platform felt user friendly right from the setup process. There were also plenty of templates available which gave us a lot of useful marketing ideas to work with.
Cons
One frustrating part was that we couldn't upload our contact list. Since we use Outlook on Mac computers, every contact had to be entered manually.

“worth every penny”
Pros
This one really feels like good value for the money. It makes it very simple to stay connected with clients and is one of the fastest ways to keep up with customer relationship management. The platform is also very user-friendly.
Cons
It is not the most budget-friendly software out there and there are less expensive alternatives available. Its features are not especially advanced either. It is fairly basic but it does the job well for small businesses.

“marketing automation that delivers”
Pros
Running marketing for dental practices, I've seen it strike a really great balance between automation, branding flexibility and patient-engagement tools. That mix makes it especially valuable for multi-location dental groups like ours though I can easily see it being just as useful for smaller practices too.
Cons
it does connect with a lot of systems but direct integration with dental practice management platforms like Dentrix, Eaglesoft and OpenDental can be limited unless you rely on third-party connectors. Once our offices moved over to Carestack, we couldn't keep using it.

“scales beautifully with growth”
Pros
One of the best parts of this program is how well it scales. It works really well for startups but it also has the kind of features you need as you grow into an enterprise setup. The pay-as-you-go pricing makes it an even better match.
Cons
A few parts of the interface still feel a bit frustrating to work with. The layout-building tools and available options could definitely be improved. Stronger tools for creating embedded forms would be a welcome upgrade too. Their Shopify integration has started getting better but when you compare it to Klaviyo, there's still room for improvement.

“Simple templates and drag-and-drop”
Pros
Using this platform feels very easy. The templates are really well made and being able to drag and drop blocks makes creating emails much simpler. It feels a lot more simple than other email tools I've worked with.
Cons
The pricing does feel a little high and while the free plan is useful, you can't remove their marketing footer from the bottom of the email.

“beginner-friendly with plenty of features”
Pros
It is simple to use thanks to the drag-and-drop functionality and it includes a broad set of features that make it especially approachable for beginners.
Cons
Pricing is the downside. It works fine if your list is small but once you need to send to larger lists, the cost goes up.

“flexible templates and integrations”
Pros
This software makes email marketing really simple to manage. The drag-and-drop editor is easy to use and paid plans give you access to a great template library. It also connects with plenty of other platforms, including Canva and Splose. The free plan works well if your mailing list is still fairly small, while the paid options unlock more features once you need them.
Cons
One downside is how quickly the pricing increases especially when you compare it with other competitors. When you connect an integration, your full contact list gets pulled in which can be useful but in our case some of those contacts are people we do not actually email. That means we end up paying for contacts that serve no real purpose.

“clean editor and polished templates”
Pros
Editor and templates in it made putting emails together quick, easy and visually polished without much effort.
Cons
A few of the more advanced tools felt locked behind higher-tier plans and the automation features could be more flexible and a bit more simple to work with.

“simple campaign setup”
Pros
Setting up campaigns doesn't take much effort and checking the analytics is pretty easy. Embedding the sign-up box into WordPress or SharePoint pages is also very convenient since you can just grab the code and drop it in.
Cons
Our mailing list is still pretty small since we're only just getting started so the pricing feels fairly high for a company at this stage.

“flows changed our campaigns”
Pros
Flows, flows, flows! If you haven't been back to it in a few years, this feature is a complete game changer for anyone running multi-channel or series-based marketing.
Cons
The template selection is still pretty limited. It would be much better to have a wider variety for different campaign types and use cases.

“packed with campaign features”
Pros
There's a wide range of tools for running email campaigns, definitely more than a small business would need and the pricing feels very reasonable.
Cons
At times, emails land in spam. I'm not completely sure what's causing it and I only found out after one of my subscribers brought it up.

“helpful templates and tracking”
Pros
Right away, the templates were enjoyable to work with and the platform felt simple to use. I also appreciated being able to monitor opens and click-throughs and those features were easy to locate in the interface.
Cons
there wasn't anything specific that I disliked. I just didn't use it for very long and eventually I preferred the integration my company has now with Constant Contact. Being able to connect our mailings with our CRM turned out to be a much better fit for us and once Constant Contact was included, it didn't make sense anymore because of the added cost.

“comprehensive templates”
Pros
The platform covers a lot and the free version is honestly one of the best parts. Once you need access to the more advanced features though, the pricing starts to feel pretty expensive. The templates are a real plus and I'm happy with how polished my emails look.
Cons
A lower-cost starter plan would make a big difference. The cheapest paid option still felt overpriced for what I actually needed but the free version didn't give me enough to work with.

“Clean interface for newsletters”
Pros
Getting started with it is easy and it does really well with simple newsletters. The interface feels clean, simple and approachable even for people without a technical background. When you're working with smaller lists and basic email campaigns, it performs fast and consistently.
Cons
As a marketing manager at a travel organization, I ran into its limits pretty quickly. We needed to send emails on behalf of individual travel agents, with stronger personalization and more advanced segmentation and it just wasn't built for that level of customization. The dynamic content options feel restrictive, multi-step journeys are fairly limited and the pricing climbs quickly as your contact list or email volume grows. If your organization works across multiple agents or brands, it just doesn't offer the flexibility or depth that's needed.

“user-friendly email templates”
Pros
it is very easy to use, from importing contacts without hassle to working with ready-made templates that let you put together polished marketing emails quickly.

“Perfect email tracking tools”
Pros
Having a free plan is really useful and it still comes with a great set of tools. The reporting is especially helpful since it shows who opened the email which links they clicked and who unsubscribed so keeping the contact list updated is much easier.
Cons
Downside is that the free plan caps the number of recipients at 1,200. For a small organization, the paid subscription can be hard to afford and that makes it difficult to send newsletters to everyone who signs up with their email. I ended up having to create two accounts.
