“Love using mailerlite for emails
Pros
I love how simple it is to make nice-looking forms, opt-ins and newsletters. It also makes organizing my email list super easy!
Cons
There's not much I don't like about It. The only thing is I wish their free plan had more features but since it's free, I can't really complain too much about that!

“Simple and smooth to use
Pros
It's really easy to use. I can build campaigns fast and see who opened or clicked on my emails. Great choice if you're into sending newsletters or growing your email list.
Cons
The templates feel a little basic and the free plan doesn't let you customize much. Still, it works well enough for most of what I need to do.

“Mailerlite boosts email visibility
Pros
Whenever I need to create eye-catching emails quickly, this is my go-to. The drag-and-drop editor means I don't need to know any coding. Scheduling campaigns is also super simple.
Cons
The reporting is kind of simple. If you want really detailed info about what your subscribers do beyond just opening or clicking emails, it might feel lacking.

“Works great for sending newsletters
Pros
Even the free version is user-friendly. The pricing is fair and it's a solid email marketing tool that's easy and quick to learn. I also like the design options and it all just works well.
Cons
Sometimes it messes up where customers are located for example, UK-based emails show up as if they're from the USA. That's confusing and makes me question how accurate the data really is. Also if you have multiple lists, you might have to delete some emails manually which is annoying.

“User-friendly compared to others
Pros
I think it's easier to use than some other tools like Mailchimp. The new drag-and-drop builder feels modern and works like other block-style editors in the industry.
Cons
A few years ago, they switched from MailerLite Classic to a newer version. That update was important but kind of a pain because users like me couldn't transfer most of our emails and automations over. So I had to redo everything from scratch which took a lot of time.

“Great for beginners!
Pros
It is honestly amazing! It's crazy simple to use. The layout is super clean with just the right tools in the right places, so I can make the most of the features right away.
Cons
It's really complete and affordable so it's hard to find major faults. Maybe the contact profile section could be better organized, kind of like a CRM system but that's just a minor thing.

“Perfect tool for event outreach
Pros
It feels like the Swiss Army knife of email tools but way easier to handle. Whether you're running a small biz or doing creative work, the drag-and-drop editor and automation tools make it fun and simple. You can build landing pages, pop-ups and segment your audience without feeling overwhelmed.
Cons
The templates aren't flashy or fancy but honestly, since it's so easy to customize everything, I don't really miss all the extra bells and whistles other platforms have.

“Good enough for regular campaigns
Pros
I find MailerLite very user friendly. As email software goes, it doesn't get much simpler than this.
Cons
I found the landing page and form builder a bit complicated to use especially compared to other tools.

“Definitely worth the cost
Pros
I like how easy it is to use and the interface looks great. It's also very flexible depending on what I want to send to my prospects and contacts.
Cons
Honestly there isn't a whole lot to complain about. For the price you pay, it's definitely one of the better email marketing tools out there.

“Used to be great, now not so much
Pros
I've been using It for years and I'm still happy with it. The pricing is great for what you get. There's plenty of automation features, you can send unlimited emails at a fixed price and the dashboard is really user friendly. It's all very smooth and I've never felt the need to switch.
Cons
It actually has two versions: the classic and the new one. I used the classic version but it was slow and I often had to wait several seconds when creating campaigns which was frustrating. I wanted to switch to the new version but since I'd paid for a full year upfront, I would've lost that money if I upgraded. The two versions aren't connected, so no refunds if you switch which I think is a big downside. I finally upgraded after my year ended but then within a couple of months, my account got suspended for no explained reason and I lost money for that last month. That made me decide never to pay for a full year upfront again, thanks to MailerLite. I eventually had to look for another provider.

“Worth it if you're on a budget
Pros
What I especially love is how simple it makes creating automations. It's honestly made my whole email marketing process smoother and way more efficient.
Cons
They increased prices and kept pushing users to switch to the new version which was very annoying.
