“My favorite marketing tool
Pros
There are a few things I really like about It, First setting up automations is veryeasy. Second, the AI helps me create email templates. I also love that it suggests better wording and warns me about spammy phrases. The email warmup feature really takes a load off my shoulders and I love checking out the graphic data that shows how well my email accounts are doing with deliverability.
Cons
I haven't found anything I didn't like about It yet.

“Fast, smooth & delivers as promised
Pros
It's really simple to use and does exactly what I need without all the extra stuff. I've tried tools like Lemwarm and Apollo but It just feels way less overwhelming. Setting up a sequence is quick and easy. No fluff, just gets straight to it.
Cons
It's not really a downside but it doesn't have as many features as some other platforms. For example you can't source leads or do deep prospecting inside the tool itself. But I guess that's not really the point, it's more focused on outreach.

“So impressed with Mailshake
Pros
I absolutely love Mailshake! I've tried a bunch of similar tools but none of them work as well as Mailshake. The team is awesome and they're always ready to help and answer my questions. Plus they're constantly rolling out new features that make my email campaigns even better.
Cons
I wish I had more control over my email account's signature. Sometimes the formatting gets messed up.

Cons
Their customization features are missing. Also I'm concerned about privacy, if I raise a support ticket, Their staff can access my account and details.

I apperciate the email scheduling feature in Mailshake. It made everything so much more convenient and streamlined.
Cons
I'm not happy with the fact that It doesn't send an email confirmation for cancellations and I can't get my invoices or receipts by email. I have to get them through the portal.

Pros
I really like how It organizes everything and streamlines our email marketing. With this tool we can send out tons of emails with follow-ups automatically. It's a huge time-saver and keeps everything efficient.
Cons

Cons

Pros
Mailshake is simple to use especially with cold email outreach and LinkedIn automation. The onboarding process was smooth and the ongoing support from the team is fantastic. The integration with Salesforce is a bonus.
Cons
There's really nothing to complain about. It does require some technical knowledge but their team and tutorials are super helpful for setting things up.

“Effective tool for email campaigns
Pros
Uploading contact lists, monitoring campaigns and making adjustments almost in real-time is very easy. Their customer support is also excellent.
Cons
The default tracking link they use has some issues opening for some clients. You can turn it off but then you can't track who clicks on the links.

“Makes my work so much easier
Pros
I switched to this because I was frustrated with Lemlist's poor support. It is everything I wanted, solid UX and support that really goes above and beyond. I had some issues during setup but their team was amazing and helped me fix everything.
Cons
It's been working perfectly for me overall. The only issue I have is that my email account randomly disconnects from their software but that only happens when I'm on vacation! :)

“Amazing support team
Pros
I was worried that not having an Annual Plan (which includes onboarding) would mean bad support. But when I had an issue, I got an email reply asking for more details within an hour and we had everything sorted out within 24 hours.
Cons
I got an unhelpful error message when choosing incompatible options to set up my account. I suggested an improvement so hopefully, they've fixed it by now.
