Started rocky but it is great now

Pros

The user interface and reporting tools look fantastic but what really makes this platform stand out to me is the quality of the inventory. On top of that the customer support team is absolutely excellent.

Cons

Getting creatives set up can feel a bit too much especially if you are used to how things work in CM360. Plus I would love it if there was a way to track phone call conversions or even offline conversions right through the platform.

Really leveled up our streaming ads

Pros

One thing that stands out is the rates and ad placements we have gotten through MNTN are honestly tough to beat. Plus the insights and attribution data help us make smarter marketing decisions overall.

Cons

Setting up the account took a little more of our effort in the beginning but once everything is in place making changes to targeting or creative is pretty easy.

Big fan of it

Pros

I have become a big supporter of Mountain. The platform is pretty easy to use but what makes it shine is the customer success team. Also they are very helpful during onboarding offering solid documentation and always reaching out with useful advice even if your media spend is not huge. Most platforms barely lift a finger to help you grow but it is different. Fast replies, solid product knowledge and a support team that really shows up when it matters.

Cons

Honestly I have not run into any problems with the platform so far. Everything has been working great.

Perfect fit for small biz streaming

Pros

What stood out to me was how simple it is to manage campaigns on my own with their self serve tools. And anytime I ran into something tricky, the MNTN team was right there to help me sort it out fast.

Cons

If your campaign has a tight budget or you are targeting a very specific location, let me tell you that it can be tough to figure out exactly what is going to perform well.

Everything about it is good

Pros

One thing we really like is how simple and measurable the platform is. As with it everything is easy to track and manage.

Cons

There is still some fuzziness when it comes to how this channel fits in with our other marketing efforts. Plus the overlap is not always very clear.

Proven quite helpful for us

Pros

My favorite parts are the self serve nature of the platform. You get full control over your budget, targeting and audience choices. Also the reporting goes deep as you can see what worked, where it worked and how every dollar was spent. And it is a great way to really understand campaign performance. Plus the support team is top tier as they are very helpful and always quick to respond.

Cons

A few parts of the platform could be easier to use like adding or removing audiences can be frustrating because the names are so long and hard to scan through. Also it is not quite user friendly when trying to allocate budget weekly instead of monthly. One more thing is that I really wish MNTN would expand outside the US so we could use it in more markets.
