I've been using this software my whole career and honestly, it just works. It plays really well with my software and I've never had any issues with it.
Cons
Honestly the only downside I can think of is that It costs money. Other than that, I've never run into any issues. It does exactly what it's supposed to do.

Their chatbox support is hands down the best I've ever used. Quick, helpful and way better than anything else out there.

“Fits my marketing company needs”
Pros
What I love most about It is how well it fits into my workflow. I don't have to waste hours figuring things out or dealing with a complicated setup. I just jump in, send my messages and move on. It's very user friendly for bulk messaging, editing and scheduling. I don't have to stress about how to use it which gives me more time to focus on the stuff that actually matters. It's smooth, flexible and just makes life easier.
Cons
The software works great but it can get kinda pricey especially if your message volume goes up and down from month to month. Some months I'm sending way more and that makes the cost less predictable. It's tough to budget when your usage isn't consistent. The flexibility is nice but it also means some months cost way more than others. It's something to watch out for if you're trying to stay on top of your budget.

“easy to use and effective”
Pros
Mozeo's website is super easy to use and I can set up tons of groups and manage them without any problem. And whenever I've needed help, their support team has been really quick and helpful!
Cons
It can be annoying that the text messages have to be so short, you've really got to get creative with your wording. But the good thing is, if you need to send something longer, you can attach a document to the message, which helps a lot.

Cons
I think Mozeo's pricing could definitely be a little more competitive but overall, my company has been using them for over 7 years and we're really happy with the service.

“Easy way for keeping participants in the loop”
Pros
Our team loves how simple it is to send a text to all our participants in one go. It makes it easy to create different groups or blast a message to everyone. No more sending a bunch of separate texts one by one and this saves us so much time!
Cons
It's quirky when I try sending messages in Spanish and honestly, not having an app makes things a little less convenient.

“Amazing fast help from support”
Pros
It's just easy to use. Sending and receiving texts through It is very simple. We mostly use it for mass texting, and it's awesome to be able to reach everyone this way. Plus they even keep track of opt-outs for us which is helpful.
Cons
I don't like that you can't set your time zone and save it. Also when you're uploading contacts into a group and it fails, there's no clear way to figure out what went wrong. That part gets frustrating.

“Didn't quite meet my expectations”
Pros
I can send bulk texts to clients and even personalize them, which is awesome. I can also message clients one-on-one if needed. It's easy to use and the customer service always blows me away especially Theresa, she's amazing!
Cons
I liked that I could buy texts in bulk instead of having to commit to a monthly or yearly plan. I do wish I could paste JPGs into individual texts instead of uploading them to the whole account. Also, I'd love a way to search through past texts. There are so many features I haven't even tried yet. After seeing the feature rankings, I realized how much has been added since I first started. I really want to talk to someone about how to use all of it in our workflow. Oh and I couldn't upload a screenshot of my dashboard to prove I'm a user and that was annoying.

“My fav tool for handling business”
Pros
I love that I can add more credits anytime I need. And anytime I've had a question or couldn't figure something out, support has been there to help right away.
Cons
It's kind of tricky to find the section where you can buy more credits. I wish it was easier to get to, maybe put it right on the dashboard or something more obvious.
