“As good as Klaviyo and Mailchimp for less price
Pros
It's much more streamlined and adaptable compared to Klaviyo. I really like that I don't have to pay for unnecessary tools that are included but I'll never use.
Cons
While some features and integrations are still missing, they are actively working on adding them. They recently released a new dashboard and improved documentation, which has been a great update.

Pros
Having email, SMS, and push campaigns all in one place is fantastic! The ready made automations like cart abandonment and post-purchase are easily solvable. And also the ability to segment by customer behavior and the drag-and-drop editor make it super easy to use and the reports are crystal clear.
Cons
The SMS editor isn't available on the free plan and there are fewer customization options compared to bigger platforms. However, the reporting is concise and to the point.

Pros
SUPER simple to use and style. The automated emails are a great way to keep customers in the loop about my store's new arrivals.
Cons
Their SMS package is quite expensive. Also if you don't use all your credits within the month, you lose the remaining balance. It would be great if unused credits could roll over to the next month but there should also be an option to purchase more.

Pros
This tool is an ideal email marketing solution for small to medium-sized businesses and has excellent scalability. It's userfriendly, easy to generate reports and very affordable when compared to competitors specially considering the value included in the monthly subscription (Email + SMS + Push). Also it's quite powerful, offering great automation flows and segmentation features that we can take full advantage of.
Cons
Some third-party app integrations are still missing, so it's important to verify that your tech stack is natively supported before committing. For the majority of the apps we use, this hasn't been an issue. Also it's not as flexible as Klaviyo, specially for more complex automation flows we sometimes need but it covers 95-98% of our automation requirements without any problems. The pre-built blocks like coupon codes and product recommendations, are not as customizable as we would like but this has only been an issue in a few specific cases. Overall, the current setup works well for us in most situations.

Pros
I can't say enough good things about Omnisend! It's incredibly user friendly and I love that updates are regularly based on customer feedback. They offer tons of resources and a great learning academy. The team speaks to me on my level, not in confusing technical jargon. And the customer service is amazing, real people help me and stick with me until my issues are resolved.
Cons
Sometimes I don't understand why I can't customize content blocks as much as I want to.

“It has great potential
Pros
What I like is the constant addition of new features gives me a lot of hope for Omnisend's future.
Cons
Omnisend is still a work in progress and missing a few features. The editor could use some improvements and the UI could be tidied up a bit. On certain pages, it's not easy to exit what you're working on and when creating new campaigns, you must choose a template instead of starting with a blank slate.

Pros
The saved template feature is a game-changer. It eliminates a lot of the stress of building a campaign and makes the whole process feel much more manageable. I also love how smoothly it integrates with our Shopify store and adding products and linking images is incredibly intuitive. It's a massive time-saver and lets us focus on being creative.
Cons

Pros
Building emails and automations is really easy. Everything is simple with the tools available. I also love that we have a dedicated rep who checks in with us every month. Shoutout to our representative, she's amazing and deserves a raise for her help with strategy, feedback and insights on our emails, automations and list management.
Cons
It took a while to implement the pre-checked box for subscribing to email lists. That was a bit frustrating since it resulted in missed opportunities but I'm glad it was added eventually.

Pros
Its integration with WordPress was seamless, which made getting started much easier. The revenue reporting tools are also really helpful for tracking performance. The templates are simple and easy to customize, which helps make campaign creation fast and stress-free.
Cons
I had some difficulties integrating Omnisend with Elementor and it was sometimes hard to find clear online solutions for specific tasks. There were also a few initial issues with connecting to my email provider, though they were eventually resolved.

Loved the ease of use and having a dedicated strategy team member to guide me through new and exciting ideas makes the experience even better.
Cons
