“Really helpful customer care
Pros
I really like how this tool fits right into my tech stack without any Issue. And when I hit a few snags during setup or needed help figuring out the best way to use it, their support team was amazing. They answered all my questions and guided me through everything so I could really get the most out of the tool.
Cons
They don't have every integration yet but I'm pretty sure they'll add more as they go. I'm looking forward to seeing what's next.

“Amazing platform!
Pros
I've worked with tons of organizations to help set up their sales processes using Pipedrive and It's hands down the tool I use the most. It lets us track how prospects engage, score leads based on what they do and flag the hottest ones for the sales team. It's not just powerful and it's also backed by an awesome support team that's always there when you need them. Totally recommend it!
Cons
There's honestly not much I don't like. It might be nice if they brought back the email platform by default and it used to work really well with everything else.

Pros
What I appreciate is how I can segment my prospects based on how they react to different campaigns. It makes my follow-ups way more relevant and effective.
Cons
I'd love to see more integrations added like a form integration for Squarespace. That would really help.

Pros
Syncing my audience from Pipedrive to Mailchimp is very easy and I love that I can send automatic emails without doing everything manually.
Cons
The reports are too basic for me. I wish I could dig deeper into the data and see more detailed insights.

“Smooth tool integration
Pros
Hooking up our WordPress lead forms to our Copper CRM was very easy with Outfunnel. It didn't take much time and it really helped make everything run more smoothly for us.
Cons
There's nothing major I don't like, though to be fair I haven't had a chance to try out all the features yet.

“Easy outbound email process
Pros
I'm a big fan of the lead scoring, the tracking links and especially how well it works with Pipedrive. Everything just clicks.
Cons
You need other tools to build landing pages which is a problem. It'd be cool if that was built in.

Pros
We use Copper as our CRM but it doesn't have built-in email automation, which is a pain. With Outfunnel we can set up multiple email sequences, tag our leads and let the system do the rest and it keeps us on top of everything without the manual effort.
Cons
A couple of things were a little confusing like using tags between people and opportunities in Copper. The software itself was fine, just tricky to figure out at first. I sent them an email and they actually called me to explain everything. After that it was very easy. Also I couldn't tell if a sequence I set up was active, it wasn't and I didn't realize it. I gave them feedback to make that part clearer.

“Fav app for segmented emails
Pros
One of the best parts is how easily It connects with our CRM (we use Pipedrive). It gives us extra data we didn't have before was quick to set up and worked smoothly with our existing tools. Plus their support team was super helpful and responsive the whole time.
Cons
Setting up email approval through our domain took time but that's pretty normal with most email tools. There are still a few features we wish it had but overall, it works well for us.

Pros
I love the way it integrates with Pipedrive and the personal support is honestly off the charts like a 10 out of 5 stars kind of experience.
Cons
I think there could be more flexibility with how we use the data it gives us. Right now we mostly just filter things and that's kind of limited.

What stands out for me is how simple the features are, how clearly everything is laid out and how easily it all integrates. Just makes things so much easier.
Cons
Sometimes after I log in, it doesn't take me straight to the dashboard and I just stay on the login screen. Not a big deal but very annoying.
