Gaining insights and engagement from our AppExchange visitors is super easy

Pros

This is the only solution that truly helps in gaining insights from Appexchange visitors. Piper ai is particularly helpful for interacting with visitors in different time zones when the sales team isn't available.

Cons

We haven't faced any real downsides. Everything works great and the support is excellent.

Excellent support for quick implementation

Pros

Getting started with Qualified was a smooth process thanks to the excellent support from the Customer Success and Success Architect team. The implementation timeline was well-managed, and the team came prepared with the playbooks needed for a successful goal. While there were a few surprises, the team was always ready to provide support and find solutions when necessary.

Cons

There were a few surprises during the integration phase, but we were able to work through them successfully with the team. From an admin's point of view it would be helpful to have more detailed logs of various integration statuses.

Outstanding service and visibility

Pros

It offers amazing insights into the visitors on our site, allowing our team to engage with them and assist in achieving their goals. With Qualified, we now have more visibility into our visitors and the ability to support them during their research. The exceptional customer service and onboarding process were a huge plus everything was carefully planned and executed perfectly. Their customer support and focus on success are outstanding.

Cons

Honestly there's nothing I dislike. While there's always room for improvement in any product, I don't have any major issues right now. The only challenge is the learning curve for our team in engaging visitors on the site correctly.

Amazing customer support and exceptional product

Cons

I think the platform could benefit from more customizable integrations. If you don't use the built in tools, the native integrations for data attribution and collection in Qualified become a bit rigid and harder to scale. I mention this because we use custom-built programs for some lead and customer tracking. It still works but it took some time to make it effective.

Leading AI tool for prospecting, nurturing, and closing deals

Pros

This software has led the way in bringing AI into our organization. Piper AI enables us to have meaningful conversations with visitors, always being ready when a prospect qualifies for a meeting in the sales process. All interactions were seamless. In our previous software, we often felt isolated, but with Qualified, I've never worked with a vendor that is so attentive and easy to collaborate with. Our reps love the interface, and the Salesforce integration is a huge bonus!

Cons

Nothing at all! Our experience with qualified has been fantastic. I have nothing but positive things to say about the software and the people behind it. Great job team!!!!

Top-notch product and even better customer service

Pros

The platform is easy to use. During the implementation phase, the Qualified team was with us every step of the way. We could always ask questions and receive quick responses and solutions. Our advisors use the platform daily and prefer it over our old one. It's highly customizable to meet our specific needs.

Cons

The only thing I can think of is that their "University" website is difficult to navigate when trying to find answers. The search results don't always yield what I'm looking for so I end up asking our rep a lot of questions. Thankfully he's always quick to respond and even provides video walkthroughs when needed!
