The implementation timeline was well-managed, and the team came prepared with the playbooks needed for a successful goal. While there were a few surprises, the team was always ready to provide support and find solutions when necessary.
Cons
There were a few surprises during the integration phase, but we were able to work through them successfully with the team. From an admin's point of view it would be helpful to have more detailed logs of various integration statuses.
