Pros
The data and insights are super valuable but honestly, the personal support really makes the experience. It makes a huge difference and adds so much value to the service.
Cons

Pros
I had the chance to work with their customer rep and I can't say enough good things about her! She was super knowledgeable and patient, walking me through everything to help me get the hang of the platform for reviews. She really took the time to explain everything in detail so I felt confident and comfortable at every step. She was friendly and professional, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Thanks to her I now feel totally ready to use the platform. Highly recommend her help to anyone who needs it!
Cons
It would be great if they could integrate with more platforms beyond just Facebook and Google.

Over the years I've worked with their customer representative which is in Client Engagement, and she's been amazing. She's always quick to respond, super pleasant, and handles all our requests with efficiency and professionalism. Even though I can't see her smile through email, I can definitely feel it in her words. She gives exceptional service every time! This software is so easy to use and it provides tons of useful data. It's really transformed our company's culture into one focused on service. While we always talk about customer service, putting actual numbers and a scoreboard in front of the team has taken things to the next level. Cons
Periodic ongoing training would be helpful just to make sure we're using all the features and getting the most out of the platform.

Pros
ReviewInc is pretty easy to set up and use, and their customer support is quick to respond. Having all reviews in one dashboard is really helpful, and being able to create different review flow emails for different situations is a nice touch.
Cons
There are occasional errors in the platform, but the support team is quick to resolve them. Another downside is the "nr4.me" domain, which some people might find spammy when requesting reviews.

Pros
They have a great system in place. It's easy to work with and uploading feedback requests is a breeze. The dashboard layout makes it simple to see how things are going, and I don't even have to think about it anymore, I just send out a batch and wait for the responses. It's really been a game-changer for our online reviews.
Cons
Getting started with the right format and layout was a little tricky but once that's set up, it's smooth sailing. Usually, it only takes me about 10 minutes each day to collect and upload all the requests.

It's so user friendly and simple to manage. We work with clients who own multiple businesses at different locations so it's been a huge help to have everything managed in one place. Plus, it's fully customizable with lots of filtering options to get exactly what we need.

The daily private reviews from our customers are awesome. They let us enjoy the positive feedback and quickly address any negative comments, which leads to even more positive reviews.
Cons
It wasn't able to integrate directly with our program, so we had to send weekly reports manually. But they're working on a solution, and this issue is more with our program not being open-source.

It's super easy to use, works great, and setting it up was a breeze. Plus, the software keeps getting better with constant updates, which is so important these days. Also, the support team is amazing, always there to help. And if you get the rep which I got, you're in great hands. He's honestly the best in the business!

1. Communication from the ReviewInc team can be a little frustrating at times. I have felt like my issues weren't always heard and the responses sometimes felt like canned replies that didn't really address my concerns. 2. Ease of use. I have struggled with even the simplest tasks, like trying to change the state location on a demo account this week...I couldn't figure it out on my own. 3. I didn't know what Capterra was when I first got the email.
