“Excellent customer service”

Pros

I had the chance to work with their customer rep and I can't say enough good things about her! She was super knowledgeable and patient, walking me through everything to help me get the hang of the platform for reviews. She really took the time to explain everything in detail so I felt confident and comfortable at every step. She was friendly and professional, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Thanks to her I now feel totally ready to use the platform. Highly recommend her help to anyone who needs it!

Cons

It would be great if they could integrate with more platforms beyond just Facebook and Google.

“Outstanding customer support”

Pros

Over the years I've worked with their customer representative which is in Client Engagement, and she's been amazing. She's always quick to respond, super pleasant, and handles all our requests with efficiency and professionalism. Even though I can't see her smile through email, I can definitely feel it in her words. She gives exceptional service every time!
